Look at how much money the two WRs have missed out on by not getting a long term deal, Higgins would be entering a 3rd season w/o a deal if he were franchise tagged again
And Chase, it's a total joke Waddle was extended and the Bengals couldn't at least get a. 3 yr deal done similarly with Chase but for more money of course, maybe $100M+
They're cheap, I'd cringe if they drafted me coming out of college and I wouldn't ever want to sign there in free agency

Imagine the amount of the signing bonus and the interest these 2 WRs lose out on every day that passes and it's not done...doesn't matter if they do get a deal at this point, Chase is going to miss out on 12 months, Higgins 24+ months where they could have had a nice bonus in their accounts already, it's lost money they will never recoup

I’m not - I saw green between cleat & sideline. Just a hair. Plus you could see how his foot came down. Seemed obviously in to me.
