I'm at 1900 trying to lose a pound a week I think.I'm in the lose 20-30 pounds of beer&burrito fat mode right now. Mfp has me set to around 1600 cal/day. It is easy to hit as long as I run or skip alcohol/fast food but I don't think I could live like this forever.
What daily calorie target are you fatasses at, do you raise that number once you hit your weight goal?
Once you hit your goal weight, change your goal to lose 0 pounds per week and it will give you your daily caloric intake to maintain.
