Not the direction I was planning on going, but it feels like PG is about to fall off a cliff, so I'll go...

PG - Jeff Teague

SG - Goran Dragic

PF - Chris Bosh

Ok. I'm getting one of my two guys. Ok. Now we are talking.

Guy will suck or be dead by Halloween, of course.

It appears that my "wait on PG" strategy has backfired spectacularly.
That happened to me in year one, the only PG I ended up with was Brian Roberts. I didn't do so good that year.

Same as me that year, I think I drafted right next to you. Ended up with Mario Chalmers, also ended quite poorly.

Roberts isn't even rated 100% at 2B

Yep, you picked him the pick before I would have taken him.

I'm starting to talk myself in to one player and not the other. DEVELOPING....
I'm always like that. Seven picks away, I'm thinking "Oh any of these guys would be fine". Then by the time I'm up, I'm convinced that one specific player has to make it to me or my whole draft is destroyed.

:goodposting:

Of course I have been looking at the same two players for nearly this whole round. If both go in the next 3 picks my head will explode.

Yeah sorry, too many players dropped to me, made it much more difficult than I expected.

Victor Oladipo - G Here's to hoping for the leap in year 2!

Is it bad that I was looking at Jeff Teague this way this round and was bummed when he went three picks before mine? That seems bad. Jeff Teague should not be the key to anything.

Was the starting point guard for the first league winner in this thing.

Of course I think I drafted him in the 6th or 7th round that year.

I hate to be the "I can't believe this guy is still available" guy, and I know that he's probably not as good in the SIM as in real life, and I make fun of his play in the NBA thread as much as anyone...

BUT he did shoot over 50% from the 2pt range after the trade and a 28 year old 20ppg Small Forward that played on the FIBA team shouldn't be available 67 picks in to this thing.

SF - Rudy Gay - Sacramento Kings

Yeah, he should have been taken a long time ago. One of my two person list

It was him or Oladipo for me

5th round. There wasn't #### left in the 6th and by the 7th there wasn't anybody worth playing.

He was very good for me last year, the step up in efficientcy helped, I was targeting him at the turn

If Gay repeats what he did in Sacramento last year, he'll be a steal. But I still couldn't bring myself to draft him because there's the chance he'll be an enormous usage, low efficiency player who steals shots from guys who are actually good.

3.20: Trevor Ariza

Harden's gonna get it to him when he's open in the corner just like Wall did, right? I'm sure he will. I expect zero letdown post-contract year.

Also, he had a 45 defensive rating? I don't know what that means but I'm outraged.
