Great advice.... Is there a class I should take for this lolMy rules for naming my children were:
1) The name will quickly identify the sex of the child without question.
2) When the name is said the spelling of the
name will be able to be spelled rather easily by most people on the first attempt.
3) When the name is said in most cases someone will not have to ask them to repeat due to it being too unique/confusing.

Race
Larry David (like George Michael)
Only rule should be that the sound at the end of the last syllable of the first name not be repeated in the first syllable of the last. For example, Dirk Kinkle. F that.

More so than in the past for sure... Considering the new cool names rarely crack the top 100 and dont stick....while names like Michael, Christopher, Katelyn, Nichole, John, and Allison are always there... Would say its a long way off before we ever get there. First two would please the old school crowd...If you want a serious answer, then we need the names of the other kids and probably a similar last name (keep your anonymity).
I can tell you that my wife and I were not efficient as we were about to leave the hospital without a name.
