Nick Novak will be Washington's new starting kicker, pending a physical.It's uncertain whether John Hall will be cut. Since Hall is dealing with injuries, it may be tough to release him without getting in trouble with the league. Perhaps Hall is headed for injured reserve. first I drafted Vanderjagt and he was inactive for week 1.

Picked up Koenen and he missed 6 - 8 field goals and was benched.

Picked up Hall and he gets cut.

Novak fared well in relief of Hall last year. He was 5 of 7 on FGs. The misses were from 38 and 39 yards, however both were blocked.

You could do worse. Hall was among the top 10-12 PK's going into last weekend, so there should be opportunities. Novak on the 'Skins vs. the Titans this week should result in some points given that I think the 'Skins will try to get back on track by running the ball down the throat of the worst run D in football. Who knows whether Brunell and the passing attack will show up though.
