I think it's likely a safe assumption. I'm trying not to get caught up too much in the hype but it sounds like he's been electric day in and day out. Brees throws the ball a ton so the opportunity is there but he's really starting to creep into the territory of some solid established WR's or guys with good upside. I'm definitely intrigued though.
