Evans by like, a lot
How by a lot evans is good but two firsts is good too evans had a good year but I can get a good wr with one of those picks.
Evans went in the top 5 (likely top 2) last season and showed he can play in the league and produced double digit TDs. You could end up with two mediocre or worse players with those picks - and yes Evans could also regress and become a bum (but which is more likely?).

I think that was a very risky trade that wasn't worth making. In a best case scenario you likely land one player that matches Evans.

At 1st glance I like the 2.09, but the more I think about it I'm not sure. I don't think this draft is going to be near as deep as last year so if Carter hits (a big if) he may exceed the player at 2.09. Probably a wash based on what we know right now.

Not a bad haul for Moncrief, but 2.07 and 2.09 could be real lotto tickets. At least one knows that Moncrief is in the Colts plans. And he is only 21. I think I would take Moncrief.

2.09 easily

I would buy into Moncreif for that

Evans for me. 2 late 1sts and a roster spot wouldn't cut it for me.

If is is a 16 teamer with IDP maybe if I am desparately trying to move players for picks but I think I would still want more

Julius Thomas

Donnell, VJax, and 2.5
Firesale on JT? Think I would wait if that was all I thought I could get.

Even if he goes to OAK for $$ I would pay that for him I think

Not involved. Went down this morning.

32tm (double copies of players) IDP PPR. Ret yards = KR 0.05/yard PR 0.1/yard

Starting lineup: 1QB 2RB 2WR 1TE 2OFLX (idp req doesn't matter in this trade)

Team A gave Brandin Cooks

Team B gave Latavius Murray

Team A traded Josh Gordon+ last year for Cooks following the suspension news during our startup draft.

Both teams earned picks in the top 4 of the draft

EDIT: Incorrectly put 1FLX instead of 2

Maybe I'm missing something with Murray, but I'd easily take Cooks, even with those starting reqs.

I like Carter and added him in a bunch of leagues. I would say 2.9 has more value but it's relatively close. I would slot Carter as closer to an early 3rd.

Real cheap on Moncrief given his price in startups and DLF ADP. I'd assume you can get a 1st for him in almost every league, and a mid 1st in some.

I gave 2015 pick 1.12 plus Vereen (out of 12 teams)

I get 2016 first round pick from a pretty bad team

(Currently I have 3 of top 5 picks in this years rookie/FA draft so I could afford to ship last pick of first round and Vereen likely a roster casualty)

Cooks. Not sure I quite understand the trade to be honest. Cooks has a ton more value (better player and position).

for CJ Spiller, 2016 1st, and 2016 2nd.
That is a very close trade. The value of both guys is going to change a lot after free agency and the draft. Right now I take Spiller

To me these trades with Latavius Murray and CJ Anderson really doesn't make sense unless your team is stacked but with a gaping hole at RB. Given how unproven these two players are and the way the value of RBs fall through the floor based on playing time and situation, what is the chance that these trades look good in a year from now? 70%? 50%? 40%? Based on what happens in the draft, free agency and training camp, Spiller alone might be more valuable than Anderson come September...

I understand paying premium for RBs with good situations if you're looking to compete and RB is your one weakness, but I don't understand why people make those moves in January when those situations can easily change over the next seven months.

In his case, I think he felt strongly towards Anderson's situation and he was missing a clear #1 RB to compete for a championship.

Im my case, I felt I was able to sell Anderson high and as you mentioned, with the fluidity at the RB position (and especially in Denver under the old regime), I wanted to try to build towards 2016 while also taking a flyer on Spiller.

12 team PPR (FFPC) 1.5 PPR for TE

Antonio Brown

Julius Thomas

for

Sammy Watkins

Greg Olsen

Roddy White

pick 7
Close for me. I can see Sammy being at least equal to Brown soon.
Brown was the #1 WR in FF by a large margin this year- you can see Sammy being at least that good soon?
No, I think Watkins is very good. But he doesn't have a QB. His potential is top 10, but Brown is #1. The problem with the trade is that it doesn't even help with a rebuild because of white and olsen. If it was 2 younger players then it would be better.

I can see Sammy being worth as much as Brown soon also. Might be a couple years though..............

I guess if you could tell me for sure that Brown would score like that again for a few years, then this isn't close.

If the guy was rebuilding he could always flip Olsen and White for picks or prospects.

Anything can happen, so theoretically I could "see" him being worth as much as Brown soon as well. I think it's highly unlikely to happen in the next couple of years, which more than covers "soon" in FF terms.

He could do that. But I am evaluating the trade as is. I don't think you will get much for either of those guys. Maybe rookie pick 11 for them combined. I am a big Watkins fan but he is in Buffalo. The last top Wr they had was Andre Reed. I think Watkins ceiling is Wr 8 for his career. Probably perennially around 12. If he was on a team that had a QB or passed more then he could go up. Maybe he leaves after his rookie deal and finds a team like that.
