Congrats on a good season guys.
I really wish this team would have advanced to the next round. I thought this team had a good chance of beating the Packers. The strengths of their team matched up well against what the Redskins do well however Defensive backs were hurt prior to this game and ultimately the defense couldn't do enough to slow down their offense. As a Vikings fan I know how frustrating that can be. As bad as they have played this year Rodgers is still very good if you let him relax at all.
At least your team found its QB. I think the offensive line that has been a work in progress for a few years now finally came together pretty well. There are some good pieces on the offensive side of the ball. Work on the defense and I think this team has a good shot of winning the East again.

A lot of us thought they could beat the Packers too. But they (and we to a lesser extent) ran into a wall: this year they could not beat a good team. The teams the Skins beat this year were all mediocre or bad. No good ones. And that's just who they are this year. The last string of wins to end the season had us thinking they were jelling into a little bit more. Then thud.
Their offensive line, even with all the replacements there, was good at pass blocking this year which surprised me. They also were not good at run blocking which also surprised me. I don't pretend to know the reason, but I do know they need to run block a lot better next year if they want to do more than they did this year. Sometimes you need to run to slow down a pass rush. Sometimes you need it to eat clock. Sometimes you need it to pound it in from the half yard line or get that critical third down. Sometimes you need it to let the other team know you can push them around. They need better run blocking next year.
They've found a more-than-competent QB and that's plenty good for me. They need defensive help. I assume it's both players and coaching that need improvement on defense. Barry was in the first year on the job here and I want to see what he can do to produce better defense on the field, especially in the second half of games.
I do have confidence in the GM making draft picks, trades, and free agent signings. First time I could say that since Bobby Beathard. Do you young guys know who Bobby Beathard was?

More positives this year than negatives. I'm mildly happy overall due to the results and the team direction. Still feel like #### after enduring the 38-7 onslaught after the 1st quarter yesterday though.
