Official 2016 GOP thread: Is it really going to be Donald Trump?? (3 Viewers)

Kasich can do this still. NH is the state of beating expectations and he is primed to do this the best-he's polling well there. He takes that and the media that comes with the crown- as the up and comer. It forces Bush to drop out and all that Bush money moves fast to him. He takes Ohio and then starts to look like the sane one vs Trump and he eventually relies on a Cruz/Trump split - and starts getting more delegates and winning midwest states. There is a path.

Top 3 for me
Honestly, Kasich has a great resume, I'd argue better than Hillary's with the SOS term maybe making it a push, but Kasich making up in total experience. The Lehman Brothers thing bothers me but then again he knows and understands the financial system as a result. He truly has been the one adult in both parties and he's realistic about immigration and the stuff that both parties seem to jerk people around on.

Bret makes a good point. These sanctions will be difficult after Airbus and Renault just signed billions of dollars in deals

Kasich's problem is that his answers have too much substance...he and Paul go right over the head of most Americans.

It's an indictment of our country more than anything.

Hillary Clinton is completely to blame for what is going on in Libya. And if I am elected, the first thing I will do is exactly what she's been doing!

We all love ethanol!!!

I move to make popcorn, the national snack of the USA!!

I love the Paul's, always have. Anyone that kept up closely with Ron Paul's campaign knows the feeling that Fox also treated him very unfairly. I have always though of Fox differently and that was eight years ago. I'm so glad Trump stuck it to Fox and I know deep down Ron Paul is smiling right now. Hopefully Rand Paul continues to pursue Liberty and maybe now Fox will think twice before they try to pick their next president.
