It's still rape even if it's just the tip.Dezbelief said:Tipping, it's an art.
Sometimes it's better to leave a generous tip even if the service was unsatisfactory.
Gotta wait until the facts come out but when he was drafted I remember reading countless things about how Agholor was a high character guy. If a stripper was ever gonna pull a moneygrab move like this, it's probably one working the weekday afternoon shifts.Deamon said:Benjamin Allbright @AllbrightNFL 1h1 hour ago

Agholor's attorney: "Nelson has not been involved in any criminal conduct whatsoever." |
I used to work in a strip club. I find this story believable. There was some tweet this weekend that was something to the effect of: "Agholor had negotiated one hour in the VIP room for $1400. The dancer didn't stay the whole time so he only paid her $800." Not sure about the validity or whatever, but don't understand how that turns into a rape accusation.

Nice!Per Schefter
Eagles and Fletcher Cox agree to 6-year, $103M extension that includes $63M gtd, per sources. Highest guarantee for a non-QB in NFL history.
We got a cheap QB for 4 years. So there's that.Obviously happy to lock him up, but that is quite a price tag.
I didn't think of that initially and that surely helps. I just hope Fletch takes the next step this seasonWe got a cheap QB for 4 years. So there's that.
Post of the month.Top tweet so far.
"In other news the dancer at Cheerleader's said, '$103 million. Did I say Nelson Agholor? I meant Fletcher Cox.'"
I don't think it's the cheap one you have to worry about, it's the two expensive ones. How much $ do you have invested in the QB position for the next two years? We got a cheap QB for 4 years. So there's that.
After this year? $12m a year for 3 seasons.I don't think it's the cheap one you have to worry about, it's the two expensive ones. How much $ do you have invested in the QB position for the next two years?
Turns out Agholor short changed the girl on cash after the girl short changed him on time.Ash said:Post of the month.
Unless Nelson's guilty, then it's not funny.
Seems perfectly reasonable to cry rape then.Turns out Agholor short changed the girl on cash after the girl short changed him on time.

This was cool to watch, he smashed it.
Well put. FWIW, I never quite understood why Wes Hopkins was constantly in and out of Buddy's doghouse.Ash said:Buddy Ryan was the Eagles coach when I first became a fan around 1990. For someone who'd never seen the game before, watching Randall run around and that defense beat the hell out of people is what made the sport fun to watch. The swagger and aggressiveness that unit played with is what hooked me on this team, and as I started to learn about the game, it was Reggie White, Jerome Brown, Seth Joyner, Clyde Simmons, Eric Allen, Wes Hopkins and the rest of Gang Green who showed me how it was done. That was the gang and Buddy was their leader.
I remember the a 5 minute highlight package covering the Body Bag game and I'd never seen anything like it; one team just physically destroying the other. He certainly had his flaws as a Head Coach, but what he was good at, nobody ever did better.
Thanks Buddy, you made yourself part of this team forever.
I was pretty young during early Buddy, but IMO it was because Hopkins was a holdover from the Campbell team. Buddy seemed to love tweaking the guys he didn't bring in, Wes, Quick, Jaws, Spags etc. I suppose Reggie was one too but he's ReggieWell put. FWIW, I never quite understood why Wes Hopkins was constantly in and out of Buddy's doghouse.
haha that was awesome but I find it hard to believe Howie recognized him and knew who he was/who he played for
Someone talk about something...
OK, I'll talk about how happy I am to see them running a 4-3 again, and why I hope Jim Schwartz gets another HC job.
Awesome, thanks for firing that up. When I first read your statement about Schwartz being a HC again I was against it, but knowing it will probably be 3 years does help. It's a sad reality of the game when you finally get a good coordinator in that's clicking and has built something, then he becomes a hot commodity and is gone. But I guess that means we've done great if he ends up getting a HC job and has hopefully developed a DL/LB/DB coach to jump into that roll like McDermott did with JJ. The only fear is that since he has HC experience, it might only be 2 years he sticks around if he turns our D into a great unit.OK, I'll talk about how happy I am to see them running a 4-3 again, and why I hope Jim Schwartz gets another HC job.
I hated the 3-4, even at those times it looked good I still never really warmed to it. The thing I disliked most was the 2-gap aspect, because it means playing passively, in particular it hamstrung the unit's best player. I hate that on principle, but I also think the days where you can be an effective D playing that way are long gone. Offense is getting too easy, over the last few years both team and individual offensive stats have climbed steadily. I don't think it's realistic any more to think you can limit a team on 1st and 2nd down and then stop them short on 3rd and 2. These days I think it's tough to end drives without negative plays (for the Offense). With yardage being easier than ever to generate, turnovers, sacks (or TFLs) and penalties I think are the key. I don't think "bend, don't break" works any more, at least not as an overall approach.
We don't have the perfect personnel for this new style, the pass rush (from DE at least) is a question mark and we don't have clear cut starters at CB, we really need Rowe to pan out, but I'd expect a few early picks in these positions, particularly CB over the next 2 years. Best case is Curry becomes a 10 sack guy and Barwin / Graham play solidly on the other side and we can concentrate on personnel upgrades at CB. Even if McKelvin / Carroll play well, they're short term propositions.
For Schwartz to be a HC candidate again, the D has to have overachieved and become the best unit on the team. For a DC it would at least 2 years, possibly 3 of consistent results for that to happen, because everyone wants O. If we get 2-3 years of Top 10 D, then I think Schwartz has paid his dues here and I'd be happy to wish him all the best as the next HC of the Cleveland Browns. By that time, I'd be hoping Wentz has established himself as a Top 10 starter, Agholor has developed and stayed out of, you know, prison and Ertz is being lauded as the next Tony Gonzales.
It might take that long to restock at RB / WR and bring Wentz along, and that needs to happen. I hope they don't do to him what Andy did to McNabb, ie surround him with stiffs early in his career. Matthews is OK and Ertz is a weapon I expect Pederson to use much better than Kelly did, but we need a #1 WR (I hope that's Agholor) and I'd be surprised if any of the RBs bar Smallwood was on the roster next year. In the back half of a good QBs career, it's fair to expect them to elevate those around them, but I think they need playmakers to lean on early.

I think in any organisation, not just a coaching staff, you want to be surrounded by talented, ambitious people. They do end up moving on, but as long as you can replace them adequately you get the benefit of their ability, and it creates an environment where good people want to be.When I first read your statement about Schwartz being a HC again I was against it, but knowing it will probably be 3 years does help. It's a sad reality of the game when you finally get a good coordinator in that's clicking and has built something, then he becomes a hot commodity and is gone. B
Just went back and reread a few, his hands were consistently described as at least above average.Remind me, were ther questions about Agholar catching the ball coming out of college? I dont recall them, but it seems every report is that he still can't catch. very depressing...we need him to take the next step.
