***Official 2017 NCAA Hoops Tourney thread: Congrats UNC, all the refs from NCCG should be banned for life*** (2 Viewers)

Except those are broken into two, 2 game sessions and they clear the arena in between sessions practically forcing you to find a bar for a couple hours. At least that's how Indy was Friday.

Oh.....and it was St. Patrick's Day. There was that too. A couple older Louisville fans literally left the arena about 5 minutes into their game. I said "your game's just getting going". They said "we've had 5-6 beers already and have no interest in stopping. We're going to a bar". Cracked me up.
I know, but I don't remember there being that much time in between sessions.  Last time I went with my dad, I pounded beers in the car while he sipped on one and read the paper.

UK didn't play very well in the first half, but not sure can count on two 3's from hawkins and another from briscoe in the 2nd half.  On the other hand, it would be hard for Bam, Willis, Gabriel, hell pretty much anybody not named Fox to not play better.  Doing a good job defending the 3 point line (at the cost of giving some easy baskets inside).  As good as UK can be in transition, need to keep mucking up the game and keep it at this tempo...UCLA is a rhythm offense.

If UK could just get Briscoe to raise his hand when guarding alford and Bam to catch the damn ball...

(apologies for the over-posting...I may have had 1 or 6 too many!)

Willis looks like he wants to be anywhere in the world except in this game
He's laid back but when you look at his stat line at the end of games, it's usually pretty good and you find yourself wondering how that happened. I'm not a fan of the checkerboard either but pulling for KY big time. I'm not an alum or anything but really like them annually.

When he's not shooting well, he really doesn't have a whole lot else that he can provide.  Maybe that make will get him going.  He has had a TON of open looks.

Well, we admittedly left around halftime of the 2nd afternoon game and got back right at tipoff of the first night game but it was probably 2 1/2 hrs.

Seems like he ends up 6-8 boards too. His average probably isn't that high, but in the games I've watched, he's been right there.
