Not saying that the sample didn't drop him a couple/few spots, but the shoulder (or something else too) dropped him 15+ spots. Overrated is not what I'd call that guy.No way he dropped that far off of a diluted sample, it has to be an injury or we overrated him.
I guess I didn't realize that he was kind of smallish. He's not big enough for a 4-3 MLB. And most of the league is looking for OLBs to fit their 3-4 scheme in the first. No way he dropped that far off of a diluted sample, it has to be an injury or we overrated him.
He also got sent home from the combine for atrocious behavior. That was after a week of bad interviews. Not saying that the sample didn't drop him a couple/few spots, but the shoulder (or something else too) dropped him 15+ spots. Overrated is not what I'd call that guy.
Nice Can!Wish List for the Jaguars at 3 tomorrow:
1. Can Robinson
2. Forrest Lamp
3. Trade Down
Best 4 win team in NFL history IMO.Good pick by the niners. Too bad his first few years will be on a bottom feeder team

The skinny: The Bears weren't satisfied with Mike Glennon as their quarterback of the future, so they picked up Mitchell Trubisky.
What a joke of an article. All those teams really got an A?Faust said:
Apparently the only way to get lower than a B was to trade your first round pick for a player (cooks, Bradford) or not have a pick, unless you're seattle, who gets an A for trading back. If I were in a fantasy league with that author I'd be sending all my picks to him for vets. Way to take a stance there guy. What a joke of an article. All those teams really got an A?
Well, I thought most teams did grab a guy that was a) a good player and b) fit their needs. Easy to say that that's easy to do but normally we see a lot more WTH type picks.Faust said:
I was thinking the same thing. Seems like a "participation trophy" article. What a joke of an article. All those teams really got an A?
I wasn't a fan of taking him early, but he wouldn't have been there in rd 2. I'm reading young Ed Reed comparisons.Meh. Not a fan of Hooker.
Green Bay would be a good landing place for Cook.

NFL Media's Daniel Jeremiah hears that the Seahawks are "in the mix" to draft a quarterback on Day 2.
The Seahawks twice traded out of the first round on Thursday (first with the Falcons, then with the 49ers), giving them a whopping six picks (Nos. 34, 58, 90, 95, 102 and 106) to play with for Friday's second day of the draft. Davis Webb, DeShone Kizer, Josh Dobbs and Nathan Peterman are all quarterbacks who could see interest in rounds two and three. One additional Seahawks note that relates, here -- Yahoo Sports' Benjamin Allbright wrote on Twitter "don't put it past Seattle to draft [Kizer]."

Mile High Sports' Benjamin Allbright and Real GM's Jeff Risdon have both heard that the Broncos could target Ashland TE Adam Sheehan on Day 2.
John Elway is on record saying he wants to add a "real tight end" in Rds. 3-5. Sheehan, a hulking 6-foot-6, 278-pound late-bloomer, is widely expected to go on Friday night (Rds. 2-3). NFL Media's Lance Zierlein compares him to Vance McDonald. "Big, fast and athletic, Shaheen will immediately interest teams who are looking for size and traits," Zierlein wrote. "He's a poorer blocker than what might be expected for a player with his frame, but he's also a much more dangerous pass catching target."

Dalvin CookI keep getting alerts that the Bucs and Jets are trying to trade into GB's #33 pick. Who are they going after?
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Buccaneers, Chargers and Jets have all reached out to the Packers about acquiring the No. 33 overall pick.
Rotoworld draft expert Josh Norris believes the Buccaneers are looking to add a running back while the Chargers and Jets are eyeing a quarterback at the top of the second round. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported earlier that Green Bay would consider Notre Dame QB DeShone Kizer at No. 33. It might be a smokescreen, but it's got the Jets and Chargers worried enough to try and trade up. The Bucs are likely targeting Florida State RB Dalvin Cook, who they considered taking at 19 overall before pivoting to Alabama TE O.J. Howard.

Seattle in line for a trade back as well if Kizer and Cook are coveted.GB is going to get a good haul for this pick.
Your DM shares are already penny stocks my friend. My Doug Martin shares are REALLY hoping TB doesn't land Cook![]()
Would be an awesome spot. Man that offense would have weapons and be fun to watch.Dalvin to TB would be pretty awesome. What a beast of an offense they will have created between last year and now.
That's a good Husky right there. He should be outta there in 15-20 minutes.Adam Schefter is reporting that, of the few guys left from the green room, only Kevin King stuck around for tonight.
