*Official 2018 Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles* - Tough way to go out. Magic finally gone. (1 Viewer)

Iggles faithful -- should I be trusting in Alshon's talent ascending this week and getting past his recent slump?

Or will going against Jenkins and losing even more target shares to Tate, who they seem to want to get involved more, mean I should go elsewhere, like Cooper or Baldwin?

How do you see the pass game going against the Gints this weekend, and how do you see Alshon faring -- stud or dud or something in between?
In between.  I don’t think Tate really takes his routes or targets. Alshon is kind of The main guy on the outside.

I wouldn't touch anyone.  The teams O is going downhill in a big way, if they could only score 7 against New Orleans, I think they are broken.  Wait for a rebound before trusting.

Think I saw our top 5 CB's are all going to be out this week.

If the Eagles are still favored, I need to put some $$ down.  This wont be pretty.

I know, right?

I cant imagine if Dallas was missing some All Pro players.

Oh, wait....
Yep.

Besides, injuries can NEVER be an excuse. We can talk about how injuries affect things, but the NFL is a game of attrition & you better be prepared. Also, staying healthy is part of what makes a good player. If injuries are causing problems, then you simply need to get better backups & more durable players.

Nobody felt sorry for us last season when our best skill player & our All-Pro LT missed a significant number of games & made our offense inept. One thing I’m proud of this year is we have multiple key injuries on the OL right now & we’re handling it MUCH better. We’ve also been without multiple key players on the other side of the ball & have still played tough D.

Falcons getting the same walloping we did.  Saints just on another level right now. They, the Rams, and the Chiefs are just in 3 tiers above everyone.

Right?  From 2 guys who constantly like to say how obsessed we are with the cowboys by writing in their thread, they're the first 2 in here on a day dallas played and Philly didn't even see the field.  Fitting.

Tom, you're rolling the dice on any Eagles right now but for me to give you a decent educated guess, I'd need to know two things: who would you play him over and also, do you need safe or upside? I still think he's the number 2 behind Ertz and there has been all this scuttlebutt here about the teaming having "trouble integrating Tate." Maybe that changes this week? From what I've seen and heard, Jenkins isn't really to be feared right now.

The rest of the teams in the division have gift wrapped this thing for the Cowboys. It's funny watching them pound their chests now, as if being the least-sucky team is some kind of accomplishment. 🤣🤣🤣

Noone is doing that. You're a strange dude

Strange fan base here honestly

Posters say you people are obsessed because you bring up the Cowboys ALL THE TIME.

We commented in this thread about yet another Cowboys post. We didn't bring it up.

Noone constantly brings up the Eagles in the Cowboys thread.

The Eagles are the jealous red headed step child of the division and always will be

Eagles are the Super Bowl champs. Right now. Currently. Not 25 years ago. There's jealousy here alright. Lol.

Can't do it. Dallas (and the Giants) are two teams I can never root for under any circumstance. If Philly can't take the division, I'd MUCH prefer that title goes to Washington
100% with you. Indifferent to the Skins but as long as Eli is on the Giants I can’t root for them and Dallas is just...Dallas.

You're trying too hard.

Better off just disappearing like you did when you claimed no Eagles fan were saying 'repeat' then you were proven wrong 30 seconds later

We discussed who we should be cheering for in that game. You keep reading and looking for any cowboys reference to comment on. You simply can't help yourself, it's hilarious

Not in the post I quoted.

Thanks for playing
You're not very good at this.  But hey, keep telling yourself that and scouring this thread.  Finally take the div lead for the first time in years and you can't help yourself but post in here more than you do in your own thread. You guys are hilarious

Quote the post I quoted and my response. Prove me wrong.

Or just keep posting stuff that makes you feel better but is incorrect. Either way is fine

Only Dallas fans would try to talk trash with a 6-5 record to the team that won the Superbowl that they only lead by 1.5 games.  :lmao:

Complete loser franchise and fanbase, but hey they were good last century.

I'm not feeling great about the Giants game.  Our offense is broken and our defense is worse.  It's not like the giants are great but they are going to score.  Can we?

We'll beat the Giants and the Saints will beat the Cowboys. We'll then go to Dallas and beat them (I'll be there) and the division will be in our sights. I hope 😬.

To you Philly fans who actually want to talk football, I believe you guys should go out & get Malcolm Brown in the offseason. The upcoming RB class is pretty bad & a top FA RB (like Bell) would be financially prohibitive.

Brown is a RFA, but I can't see the Rams matching a decent contract. The good news is he shouldn't break the bank. Brown is a powerful runner with some athleticism & does everything well.

As far as FF, I stashed him in my dynasty league because he was cheap (free) & I like his upside.

Lol. Love how you desperately try to search for a comeback when confronted with the fact that you guys have been a joke for the last quarter century and the Eagles are Super Bowl Champs!  Yes, i said current  Whoot!

They've won less playoff games in the last 23 years then the Eagles did just last year. With a backup quarterback. It's easy to understand their frustration. And their excitement about being ahead of us. 🤣🤣🤣

It makes absolutely no sense but is so typical Cowboys.
