SO looks like if Eagles can't win out they might just sit Howard out rest of the year

‪If Eagles can beat Redskins...‬

‪I’m told Jordan Howard could possibly return next week vs Cowboys. I’m told he is making a lot of progress and is getting close‬

‪#Eagles ‬

Eagles really only going to have 3 WR active? Didn't they learn their lesson from <checksNotes> 6 days ago?

@Mfranknfl: #Eagles going into this game with 3 wide receivers -- J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, Greg Ward, Robert Davis. None had an NFL reception before this season. Combined, they have 20 in 2019.

Concurring with some posts above, chances are they will use TE3 Josh Perkins as WR4.

Jimmy Kempski noting that Sudfeld is a healthy scratch for G Nate Herbig. Wondering if they might go with 6 OL occasionally.

Defense played like trash again but a win is a win
i don't know. Have no idea what to make of this team. Washington has been playing better ball the last few weeks, but they were kind of lucky to escape with the win today. Such a weird team right now

eh, what's to make.  team is schizophrenic and depleted.  approach each game with beginner's mind and just enjoy the ride.

Would the season have gone any different if we bailed on Hollins for Greg Ward at the beginning of the season? Ward is straight balling.
Should have been playing by at least the bye week. But yes if he had played all year, that's a reliable WR option for Carson instead of a body running routes.

Look out there might be a riot in Oakland in a few mins at the Coliseum. Raiders blew a 16-3 lead 23 secs left Menshew throws a TD pass up 20-16 now

The Rams are awful on the road. Goff can’t read defenses and is terrible under pressure. D Coordinators started to figure it out midway through last year. Their O-Line has greatly deteriorated in quality and they can’t run the ball as well as they used to, which in turn has hurt the passing game further.

Prior to today, the rams were 4-2 on the road all year.  One loss was 17-12 at Pittsburgh and the other loss was 30-29 at Seattle.  Maybe I different definition of "awful"...........

maybe. i remember it was pretty prevalent earlier in the year that Goff's numbers home vs away were very significanly different. Not taking anything away from the Cowboys, they played well today to say the least. But i know i was confused at how overwhelmingly the money came in on the Rams for this game.

Maybe it's Goff then (I haven't looked deeply at his numbers) but the team was winning.  Granted the schedule wasn't exactly murderers row but they battled the Steelers and Seahawks pretty well.

yeah i don't remember the details either. i just remember some podcast i was listening too about halfway through the season citing it was the biggest discrepancy in the league and i am pretty sure it was about Goff.

Make no mistake. This game is going to be the hardest game we have all year. It's another team that will be hungry for a win at the exact same time as us. All year, the Eagles have folded in this spot. Time to see what they can do.

i'm just hoping Lane is back and some other guys. at least Alshon would have to be covered, not sure what they get i Agholar plays but he is at least an option. i honestly have no idea what to expect in that game

Taking the Broad St line in for the Dallas game with some buddies and thinking about trying out one of the tailgate companies for pregame.

A quick search Brough up Philly Tailgates and Green Legion, anyone use either of these or have any suggestions?

I haven't been into Xfinity Live in a while, I checked and looks like you can't reserve tables anywhere on game day?

I dont think Agholor plays.  He knows he's shot here.  Maybe he legit hurt, I have no idea, but it 'feels' like he just gave up.

Ward looks like hes got a future here. Put him next year next to some decent WR's so he's not the only guy, and we have something. JJAW - man.  I mean yea, hes a rookie, but to be whiffing this much as a 2nd round pick is baaad. Seeing McLaurin take off like he has hurts.  I don't recall draft analysts blasting the pick -  he was graded in the top 10 WR's on nfl.com.  But, still. Hope he somehow gets it together.

Can’t see us keeping it within 2-3 scores if I’m being honest.
