*Official 2019 Philadelphia Eagles Thread* - Season's over; Go Away Now... (2 Viewers)

Legit connections provide legit info.Hollins  is gone which lends credence
Not really if that was the case Hollins would've been gone during the offseason. This staff and Lurie do not take kindly to rats and if it it was already known it was Hollins why keep him? Plus Josina Anderson who first reported it is really good buddy buddy with Alshon who's been known to ruffle feathers.

So not sure hw true this is as I saw my co worker today and she mentioned nothing of this. I saw on a facebook Eagles group this post as I'm in the group. OP has yet to give a source. Guess we'll see by tomorrow if true or not

RaSul Douglas was escorted out of Rivers Casino last night (SugarHouse), and supposedly banned from there, for smacking a worker in the face...... where the #### is that aggressive on the field??

What's with Philly teams sucking in Florida?

Playing in Florida, the Eagles, Flyers, and Sixers are a combined 0-5 this season.

Won’t be shocked if we win

Won’t be shocked if we lose

That’s the best I got for today. I’m hoping for a blowout so I can relax though lol

Coin flip. Kinda crazy considering the dominance over the last 5 years but with everything this team has overcome, it’s a bummer not having Ertz. I’ll be shocked if the score doesn’t hit the over.

That said, they win today, I think it’s a damn near lock they win at least one playoff game.

It's not a coin flip.  We are favored and should win the game.

Defense needs to play the way they do at home.

Wentz needs to keep playing the way he has.

Goeddert needs to step up even more.

80% chance to win seems about right, but any given Sunday and all that....
I'm using Greg Ward in DFS, so that probably kills his production. ;)

Happy All On The Line Day!

Ertz went back in the game with a lacerated kidney 😳😳

Obviously his season is over and now we have to hope Goedert is ready to take the next step.

I’m a little confused by the last sentence.  The game today seems like the lock. The game next week would seem like the coin flip given the competition that they will be facing.

You've been following us and this team long enough to know that there's zero logic with what they do. Predicting the Eagles is an exercise in madness.

He hasn't been ruled out yet. My mom who works in the medical field said depending on how bad the laceration is he could come back in the playoffs. Granted no one knows how bad it is. From Rappoports report it sounds like he could be back next week if we advance and they are holding him out for precautionary reasons this week. If his Kidney was severely lacerated there is now way he's in the game again last week and if he did with that well thats a potential medical lawsuit by the NFLPA to the Eagles med staff.

Yikes. Thought it was "just" a rib,
From what I read in the report it sounds more precautionary he's out today. Without the Laceration he plays and he hasn't been ruled out next week or put on IR which is really good. I wouldn't be shocked if we advance he plays next week or if he's held out next week and we win and he plays the week after. Based on what I've read the laceration doesn't sound as bad as it reads right now. Obviously it's not good by any means but it doesn't look season ending right now at the least.

Where are you reading that his season is over?

ETA latest Roto blurb says he hasn’t been ruled out from playoffs, if we make it

Don’t say “no one” and he won’t be back this season.

If you want an outside opinion as well

Don't really care if they lose today tbh, the collection of misfit toys we're trotting out there on offense blows the mind. A win would be nice to get Carson a playoff game - but man are they banged up.

We need to seriously look at what we do in the offseason and during the season in regards to keeping guys healthy.  What we are doing and not doing.  Because we are doing multiple things seriously wrong

Its crazy odd how a guy who is all sports science and hurry up all game never had this issue too

I have critiqued Doug but DAMN this is good:

Doug Pederson's resume:

2017: First Super Bowl in franchise history with backup QB.

2018: Finish with 3 straight victories, win road playoff game with backup QB.

2019: Down 2 Pro Bowl OL, Pro Bowl TE, top three WRs, top two RBs, score 34 to clinch NFCE with 4th straight win.

real shame we put D Jax on the IR. he could play next week, but we have to wait the time period out. If they win next week he comes back for that 2nd playoff game
