I get he's a rookie, but you can only get so many chances... Man I was so hopeful on him after the training camp reports.HIGHTOWER!!!!!!

No excuse for that one. None. The worst NFL WR’s can catch that 9 out of 10 times.I get he's a rookie, but you can only get so many chances... Man I was so hopeful on him after the training camp reports.
Driscoll now hurt... add in RT2These injuries are absolutely insane. I don’t know if the magnitude of them can be put into words to do it justice.
With Ertz and Sanders out, the Eagles are now without their RB1, LT, LT2, LG, RG, RG2, RG3, RT, their top 3 WRs, and their top 3 TEs.
Bad call or poor execution? It looked like Wentz kind of lost a little control of the ball there.Doug with one of the worst 2 point calls I’ve seen. Unbelievable
When you're missing your top RB and 7? offensive linemen, I'm not picking a slow developing run play with the game on the line. So I'd say both is the answer to your question.Bad call or poor execution? It looked like Wentz kind of lost a little control of the ball there.
Hurts as starter, no. He did give some spark coming in for some plays - and as much as a 2nd round pick on him was a bad move, we may as well use him. Please no Hurts or Lawrence talk this week. Neither are happening.
Ya I'm cool with that. But none of the "Hurts will be starting soon" talk.Hurts as starter, no. He did give some spark coming in for some plays - and as much as a 2nd round pick on him was a bad move, we may as well use him.
looked like poor execution. i am sure it will be plenty of fodder for the sports radio for the week. Not sure if going for it was the best idea, but i would lean it probably was. Offense was so beat up that hard to trust in OT.Bad call or poor execution? It looked like Wentz kind of lost a little control of the ball there.
Yes and I have no clue why the last timeout wasn’t taken. The play was 100% in late and that play is the game essentially. Gotta make sure that goes off without a hitch.Bad call or poor execution? It looked like Wentz kind of lost a little control of the ball there.
This game made me buy into Wentz even more. He’s a tough SOB and as the game went on he learned to trust receivers and let them go make a play. Even jawing with someone after a hit. Very impressed with him the last 2 weeks despite what the numbers might say. I know there’s no moral victories in the NFL but we lost 28-30 to one of the best teams in the NFL despite:Please no Hurts or Lawrence talk this week. Neither are happening.
I saw somewhere Wallace and Mills were hurt too. Did they come back in and when did they get hurt? I worked the whole game listened when I could on radio and then followed most of the second half on my phone watching when I could but I always miss something do to helping a customer or today having a few customers who seemed to want to argue just to argue.Ertz and Sanders both hurt today. Wentz and Kelce now our only offensive starters left.
I'm not even that sold on Lawrence and this week wasn't even his Fault. Heck Foles would've been on IR halfway through the game. Like I said when Pryor went down I feared for Wentz but not as much as I would if he wasn't mobile. Dude put the team on his back that 2nd half and had a chance to tie it. We saw what he's capable of in the 2nd half. It was bad play calling and dropped passes and missed opportunities. Please no Hurts or Lawrence talk this week. Neither are happening.
I'm not sure Baltimore is really one of the best. Defensively yes but they got question marks on Offense. Lamar Jackson is like any other athletic Running QB like himself. Contain him and force him to be a pocket passer and good things can come and messes the offense up completely. He didn't even throw for 200 yards today. He also beat us with his legs more so then his arm too.Yes and I have no clue why the last timeout wasn’t taken. The play was 100% in late and that play is the game essentially. And Mailata moves early on the play as well. Should have been blown dead.

Very impressed with him the last 2 weeks despite what the numbers might say. I know there’s no moral victories in the NFL but we lost 28-30 to one of the best teams in the NFL despite:
- Two potential TDs dropped
- A missed a FG
- Lost starting RB, RT, TE, and DT In addition to all I mentioned previously
All things considered, I'm very proud of the resilience and fight of the team today.
He's the guy who did his best Winston Justice ImpersonationI’m not sure I even know who Jamon Brown is.
And Fulgham. He's really the starter now. Jeffrey is nothing.Ertz and Sanders both hurt today. Wentz and Kelce now our only offensive starters left.
You’re right. A team coming off of being 14-2 last year and following that trash up with a 5-1 while only losing to the SB champs really does leave this in question.I'm not sure Baltimore is really one of the best
Bal has a great defense it's their offense that's questionable. KC drew up how you stop the offense. Contain Jackson and don't miss opportunities on Offense and Baltimore is beatable. They aren't this scary team many think they are. They are beatable. Tenn couldn't Contain Jackson in the playoffs but they did run it over 30 Plus times which keeps them off the field. The Eagles had numerous opportunities to win today and Baltimore kicked FGs on chances they should've had TD scoring drives on.You’re right. A team coming off of being 14-2 last year and following that trash up with a 5-1 while only losing to the SB champs really does leave this in question.
We didn’t need the stuff past the second sentence.I saw somewhere Wallace and Mills were hurt too. Did they come back in and when did they get hurt? Last week was fine - but in today's NFL you gotta make 52 yarders. That FG would have impacted the game a ton.I think we need to start worrying about the kicker again. He's missed 2 key FGs in back to back weeks now. Not saying we win if he hits either but it would have been better.
I’m not expecting more, but the division is so terrible that nothing would surprise me.Still think our ceiling this year is 5 wins, but we'll see.
When pre-snap Jamon Brown was telling Brett Toth who to block I realized we entered another level ofI’m not sure I even know who Jamon Brown is.
That might win the divisionStill think our ceiling this year is 5 wins, but we'll see.
I don't think Dallas will lose much with Dalton at QB, so I think they win it with 7 wins (although how they show up tomorrow will tell us alot)That might win the division
I think if we beat Dallas twice, Dallas maybe can get 7 wins. We should be about 7 wins also but we'll be 7-8-1 vs their 7-9.I don't think Dallas will lose much with Dalton at QB, so I think they win it with 7 wins (although how they show up tomorrow will tell us alot)
The running and scrambling ability Dak had behind a declining OL is extremely underrated. I wouldn’t be shocked to see Dalton have a couple solid games but overall it’s a recipe for disaster.I don't think Dallas will lose much with Dalton at QB, so I think they win it with 7 wins (although how they show up tomorrow will tell us alot)
The only thing that could happen is that they will finally run Elliot more. That's how they can win some games. Keep that defense off the field. The running and scrambling ability Dak had behind a declining OL is extremely underrated. Yea, I wasn't thinking we'd beat Dallas twice. Hoping for a split at best. These constant injuries are just killer.I think if we beat Dallas twice, Dallas maybe can get 7 wins. We should be about 7 wins also but we'll be 7-8-1 vs their 7-9.
I wouldn't be shocked with a sort week they rule them out especially considering we're playing the Giants. Give them almost 2 weeks to rest. I would say if we were playing next Sunday and not Thursday better chance they playSanders and Ertz to get MRI’s tomorrow. I think both will be fine long term. Sanders even when ruled out was on the sideline standing the entire time. I think if here were a big concern he would have been in the locker room.
Doug Pederson says on 94.1 WIP he should have called a timeout before the 2-point conversion. He said they exhausted just about all their RZ plays throughout the game.
Then call something that worked before. You're allowed to do that.Bigboy10182000 said:JFC Doug. These are happening weekly at this point.
Seems like every other Monday on 94.1 is a “yeah I should have done blah blah blah” lately. This wasn’t even a complicated thing either. The play is in late and everything was rushed. Call the damn time out!!Then call something that worked before. You're allowed to do that.
I'm a firm believer that head coaches should not be play callers or GMs. If you want to be the play caller, be an OC. When you're responsible for too much you make stupid, simple mistakes like this. Good leaders hire good people and delegate.Seems like every other Monday on 94.1 is a “yeah I should have done blah blah blah” lately. This wasn’t even a complicated thing either. I just don’t recall mental errors like these in the past. Traditionally he made good, well thought out moves in pressure situations. He seems to be pressing so much this year and it’s costing him.I'm a firm believer that head coaches should not be play callers or GMs. If you want to be the play caller, be an OC.
