A report I saw said that it was a small fracture and depending on how he handles pain he could be back in 2 or 3 weeks.

They'll be 0-4-1 or 0-5-1 by then. Why would they risk his health at that point? Bigger chance he doesn't play at all this year than he comes back in 2-3 weeks.

And Sidney and hired Chip Kelly. I remember years ago everyone yelling how great Reggie Bush was in college and how he was the 2nd coming of RBs. I thought he'd have a nice career but no where close to being drafted top 3. I thought he had a nice skillset but USC and Bush played absolutely no one those yrs that were considered defensive powerhouses. Back then USC was like that High School Football team who was much bigger then everyone in their league so they bullied them all size and talent wise. After the sanctions when Pete Carrol ran off on the team like a little  :censored: it gave the rest of the league time to recruit and catch up.

A broken ankle is better than a HAS.  Where are you getting this 7 week timeline from?  Another made up milkman 'I've heard _____" post that doesn't actually exist anywhere?

Lol. This almost sounds like you’re new to football  We just finished week 3 and if he misses 10 weeks he will be on the field in week 14 if healthy enough to play and cleared

Some of that talk on Wentz was from players who are no longer on the team besides Jeffrey. Theres talk that Foles people (Not Nick himself) took some parting shots at the team for whatever when Foles left for that hit piece. I don't know why but some believe it's because Foles people knew Nick was screwed leaving Philly as this was the only place he's ever succeeded. I don't know what that was all about because the team was always honest about what Nick's job here was and always was truthful with Nick. He was told instantly after taking over for Wentz when he blew out his knee no matter what happens "we don't even care if you take us and win the SB, Carson is the guy when he's ready. Just do your job and we can all get along." Nick seemed happy for that and him and his family seemed incredible grateful for the opportunity the Eagles gave him. I don't know if there was issues with the agent or what. I mean I have heard some stuff in the past I posted on here that Nick Foles the actual person is not the one you see on TV and it's kind of a fake act but I've never gotten anything that was concrete on that. It wouldn't surprise me given theres a lot of people like that celebrity and athlete wise who put on an act when the camera's are on but are totally different behind closed doors. I just don't think that's Nick especially after meeting him at least twice (Last was at his book signing). 

It's surprising if true the local media didn't pick up on the Lurie stuff especially a guy like Sal or Howard both known to be in the known with the team. I'd love to know more detail on this though

Yep... always very nonchalant trolling.  Like when he said he was hearing rumours that we were in talks with the Pats about an Ertz deal.... and there wasn't a whisper online about it besides one guy saying that the Pats should look at Ertz.

There's not a peep about Goedert missing 7 weeks anywhere, he again made it up.

My guess is Goedert misses 5 weeks and comes back after the bye, no matter what our record is.  Maybe even earlier, but that's my best guess.

Having dealt with foot injures myself it depends on the person plus how bad the fracture is. Also if it's believed playing with it will make it worse. When I fractured my Toe 2 yrs ago at work (No one could tell if it was or not because of how small the injury was and I got lucky) they told me I had to take at least 5 weeks at the minimum. I asked if I could play in my pick up Soccer or football games and they said no. The fracture may not heal right and I could fracture or break the toe more severely at a higher % if I didn't take time off. Foot and ankle injuries are rough to deal with as an athlete. There are so many different opinions on this too. I've toe walked for yrs because of my neurological problems, casted twice and my feet are so disfigured. I recently had a Plantar Facia tear (Small one thanks to it). My mom talked to a Orthopedic who's kid has cancer and she said they could correct my toe walking with Achilles Leangthening surgery. She was shocked no one suggested it to her already. To be honest when it comes to feet I think it depends on the actual person and how they heel plus any other issues they might have.

Dude reminds me of the guy we had on Phillies board who'd make up stuff and low key troll us. His best one was when Steve Stamkos was an FA. He made up some BS about talking to a Flyers training staff member at some camp who said Stamkos would be signed by the flyers in the next few days. Well the wonderful knowledgeable posters we had including a diehard fan called him out. The Camp date he said was completely wrong as the camp wasn't for another 2-3 weeks. He even promised to get season tickets for one of the posters if he was wrong. Yes it never happened. I remember he also posted some BS on the Eagles when DH had his guy here and was posting here. That was fun because literally everything he said contradicted what DH's buddy had said and over time I realized to trust DH. Dude would dig himself a big hole constantly backtracking. That guy was way more creative and fun to mess with. This just seems like some 10 yrs old who got permission from mommy to use her computer with his friends around and trying to act cool. 

 
In other news Chris Carson of Sea got injured late in the game on Sunday. Well he apparently had his leg rolled on and Good ole Pete Carrol and Seattle players are flipping sh** how it was a dirty hit. Ironic considering non of these guys said anything when their Teammate Clowney took a cheap shot on Wentz in the playoffs. Pete wants a whole review and and Seattle players are drinking the Kool Aid even KJ Wright who's twitter is getting blown up by fans calling his team and him hypocrites given all the dirty play they've been involved in over the yrs. I guess there is some karma in the NFL after all but I wouldn't even call the play that Carson got hurt dirty. I'm not happy to see a player injured I just think it's funny seeing SEA cry about this

Yes I read after the bye and miscounted. I don't have constant fake news. I have news that upsets you so you attact me for it. Sometimes it's right sometimes things fall through. But I'll do you the favor if putting you on ignore and you can do me the favor of putting me on ignore then we don't need to bicker. We can just go about our daily lives doing our thing. It's easy and painless buddy.

No the news doesn't upset me, you just have a reputation for making things up and then saying "you heard them".

First you heard 7 weeks.... then you predicted 7 weeks... now you're saying you heard after the bye.  Where did you hear after the bye?  Care to find that source now?  (I'm assuming you'll have a 3rd change and now say that you just predicted after the bye).

Same with the "I'm hearing Pats are in talks with Philly for Ertz"... when I asked you for a link, you disappeared.

Yes I made up 7 weeks. For some strange reason I didn't see it on twitter I just decided to come in here and proclaim he'll be out 7 weeks for no reason so I could troll Philly fans that I have no issues with.

Yes, mine is a PREDICTION.  You said you "heard 7 weeks", and you said "time line is 7 weeks".  Did you hear this from a source or just another fan prediction like mine?

Easy to play the "i have nothing to prove to you" when you keep making up things you 'heard on twitter" and then say it was just your guess which was a mis count lol.

Whenever you're asked to follow through on your post about what you heard, you run.  Stop trolling.

I read after the bye on twitter. I miscounted. I'm sorry this upsets you so much. I could see it going longer if the eagles have nothing to play for. I'm sorry in advance if that upsets you more.

Eagles have signed Hakeem Butler off the Panthers' practice squad and are making him a TE.  He was a 4th round WR selection for them last year.

Goedert to IR so he will be out at least 3 weeks.
