Official 2022 college football thread: its conference realignment season. (1 Viewer)

Sad this game is over with over 11 minutes left in the 1st quarter. Georgia is just so much better than every other team atm.

After such good semifinal games I guess we should have expected at least one dud. Hopefully TCU finds their comeback self but I wouldn’t bet on it

If TCU wins it would be the biggest CFB story since when? Miami in 83?

Story, or upset? Florida State getting 2 points while favored by a billion vs. OU was probably the largest upset in modern era?
Spread in that game was 10ish, tonights is bigger
Hence the "since when"
I left my device that translates your hyperbole into what you are actually trying to say upstairs, my bad

He asked if TCU wins, what was the last previous largest upset, I provided one such example. In my head the spread was like 18. It was my first trip to Vegas and we loaded up on OU so it stays in my heart.

So one of my favorite my dad is losing it stories. We went to Georgia vs Auburn at Georgia I think in 2019.

My dad thinks group selfies are hilarious. 4 of us in the box seat section between the lower and upper deck. We are in the first row. He tries to take one screws up. Then tries to take another one. For 5 minutes me, my bil and sister are laughing our asses off because he has it on regular camera and can't figure out why he sees the field and not us :lmao:

Smh

what does UGA have .... like 42 five star recruits on their team? They have 5 stars that haven't seen the field this year. TCU maybe has one?
Think TCU was something like 45th on the 247 team talent rankings. Georgia was 1 or 2 with Bama. Not a fair fight.

I wonder how much closer Michigan would have been. Still think Georgia wouldn’t have been denied after surviving tOSU, but UM would have done better than this I suspect.

Woulda been UGA -7. Likely would have won, way better game.
