It’s on regular tv. The last few days have been. USA network todayStupid Peacock feed just cut out and doesn’t seem to be restarting.
It’s weird how a major part of drumming up the interest for a sprint finish involves convincing the audience that a crash is inevitable.
The roundabout at 1km, the drain covers at 800m, the climate protestors glued to the road at 500m, the girlfriends looking through the riders’ whatsapp convos with “Louise from Laruns” at 300m, the confrontation with the futility of existence at 150m…
Too much tension.

Nans Peters joined the break - any chance he'll get breakaway points today? what's the rule again?
my man is sitting on 2 points, so anything would be nice....
Crazy that you’re not leading. I still like my team and think the attrition of 3 weeks will push me up the standings. Need Dylan to get another top 5 tomorrow and really need træn to overcome his fractured elbow. Thought he’d have done much more this first week.LE FBG TDF STAGE WINS

That’s how I rode. Did several power tests at 90 to 100 at the insistence of my coach at the time and always tested better at 60 to 70 rpm turning as big of a gear as feasible. Worked for me as I’d finished with the top racers in local tris on the bike and then they’d put 3 min per mile into me on the run. Maybe I was trashing my legs but always felt I could stay out of the red zone by shifting some effort from cardio to legs.I didn't realize that he only weighs 132 pounds. I get it. That’s why I picked my team the way I did.at the time and always tested better at 60 to 70 rpm turning as big of a gear as feasible. Most of our best riders locally were 150-180 pounds. Just didn’t see many guys walking around at 130 pounds. Heck, the top female riders locally weighed more than the top gc guys. I can’t grasp how a dude can weigh 130 pounds and not live in a Russian concentration camp.

God I suck. And I just noticed McNulty isn't even in the tour? I suck so bad I even screwed that up.

@SandWatching the highlights from stage 6 last night I was struck by that scene of Wout right after he peeled off and he was barely moving, spinning in place. It looked like a spectator stepped in to hold him up from falling over. Unbelievable day for him once again.

Brings back memories of Snake Mountain.
I should have taken you up this https://www.strava.com/segments/649200
From kilometer 2 to 3 you gain 150m. That's a 15% average grade. It average 10.5% for 5k and then flattens out at the top. We called it the "wall" because there was a 300m section at 20% that was soul crushing. Back when I was self managing my home up there I'd work at home for 8 hours and then run up and back down the mountain before driving home. I could run up it faster than I could bike it.

Calling it now, he gets it on the Champs-Élysées.Cavendish: "I was on the right wheels... Once I kicked, my gears jumped from the 11 to 12. I had to sit down. Then it goes back to the 11, I tried to stand up again, and then back to the 12, and then sit down. There was nothing you could do. I'm bitterly disappointed."
Phillipsen: "He [Cavendish] was really strong. I would also have loved to see him win, I think everybody [would]."
6th, 5th, 2nd
Cav might have three more chances. Stage 11 (tough opener for him), Stage 18 - when GC is probably decided, the other teams will be desperate for a win - and Champs-Élysées.
