**OFFICIAL 2025 Draft Thread - Green Bay Opens The Door For Guests** (4 Viewers)

Name another 2nd round QB drafted in the last decade not named Hurts that has worked out in the NFL?
If they are really good they typically are grabbed in the 1st Rd
Most starting QBs in the NFL are 1st round picks even if they are on their 2nd or 3rd team
Or they are a flyer late like Brock Purdy
Derek Carr.
2014 - 10+, disqualified go to the end of the line
idc what you say. geno counts

Cowboys with a great pick.
We agree on this for sure
I was quick to hit them hard for Booker last night but I like this pick a lot
And when you look back at Booker in the 1st, adding a F7 defensive player in the 2nd, they are getting better in the trenches which is never bad

This is much better than the 1st Rd pick but I also like the 1st Rd pick a smidge better with this pick in the 2nd which is why you should probably wait to evaluate what teams are doing.
Good solid pick for Dallas, the kind of player I see getting a 2nd contract from the team that drafted him.

This is the part of the Draft where I like ALL of them
If you could load up with multiple picks in the 2nd and 3rd Rd, you stand a good chance of getting things turned around
I like so many players in this area and it feels much better grabbing some of them Post-1st Rd

I also know the chances of them hitting or making it in the NFL gets slimmer and slimmer each round

Come on, two more teams before the Bengals, and Will Johnson still there?? Please don't snipe this guy. Who am I kidding the Bengals would not take him anyway.

Honestly, if you switch where Ezeiruaku and Booker were taken, the Cowboys draft looks solid. Which means it is solid but could have been better.
I don't know, Booker is a blue chip OG. EZ is a situational pass rusher.
I disagree with both those things. I think EZ is a full-time player, being unfairly judged by his size, he holds up well against the run. Booker to me is a solid, but unspectacular G.
