People are making a big deal on the Investor's Hangout message board about Dr Seethamraju saying in his October 7th presentation that the FDA was reviewing the unblinded data from the S/C trial.  They believe that the FDA would only be reviewing the data if the DMSB recommended a trial halt.  They believe that Dr Seethamraju is a prestigious doctor with trial experience who would choose his words carefully and would not misspeak a la Nader.

Its hard to get excited about any of the articles written about Cytodyn.  Its always by a shareholder.  Getting any kind of deep dive on a reputable website by an unbiased writer just doesn't happen for this company.  I can't take any of it seriously.

Every word said about this company is dissected ad nauseum.  If he was 100% exact in his wording than I suppose there is something interesting to speak about.  I dont know though, people mix up words when they are speaking live at times.  No idea if the case here.

They're also saying that what he was saying was prewritten which would make sense considering how poorly he speaks.  My guess is that the FDA reviewing an interim analysis isn't a big deal.  It's a pandemic and it makes sense that they'd want to see the data.  And the DMSB is chosen by CytoDyn so their recommendation probably isn't noteworthy.

 
The most bullish thing in my opinion is the timing.  Coronvirus picking up speed again, Remdesivir getting panned again, Lilly having issues, J and J having issues, the need for a new therapeutic to be approved couldn't be more apparent.

If this data is as good as we've been led to believe, you would think that the restrictions would be loosened up but it's still hard to see it happening.  This tiny company who can't complete their BLA, who never gets any main stream press, who is constantly belittled when they do get press is going to overcome and get EUA?  Its hard to believe it can happen.

 
I think there will be more of a sell off tomorrow and then once it stabalizes another 4 months of jockeying for .20-.50 increases/decreases

I'd say best case scenario early 2021 and that's if they can start generating some legit press and or government backing.   You are probably right it won't be until March.  Its hard to be encouraged about this right now.

 
Damn. This thing going to tank. Classic NP carrot dangle. How low are you guys expecting? 

I said I was holding until interim analysis. I'm still down so I guess I'll need to hold until trial completion. The science is still there. 

 
It's strange that the stock price didn't fall further.  Who is buying up all of the shares that we and others sold this morning?

 
I was in at a good price so I sold half to lock in profits and I'm freerolling the rest.  I should have done this a while ago but here we are :shrug:

 
Adjusted for the split,  hgen is 5 cents higher than cydy now.    Volume for hgen has ben running two to ten times higher adjusted for the split also.   Was not too long ago cydy was twice the price.

I just took 40% of my position in CYDY and moved it to HGEN.  They are next one up.

I might be mistaken, but I don't think this is the first PR that has used that exact same phrasing.  I'm not going back to look at them all, but I'm sure this is a big nothing.

Either way, I am in for the long haul.  Don't have a ton of skin in the game, which makes it more tolerable, but if this drags out months like I expect, I will look for more ops to buy and reduce the cps.

At this point, I just want to see them succeed because I know how much it will help others, both financially and medically.

Yeah this is where I am too. Have 2k shares at a “cost basis” of .60 (in reality I’m free rolling).  Still holding out hope for another spike at some point.  Just a cockeyed optimist I guess.  

 
Ive sold out of most of my position, I still have some but since I'm pretty sure I know what Tuesday's news is going to be, there will be ample time to buy them back at a lower price in the future (if I even do that)

For every piece of good news, there are at least 5 other head scratchers that could signal bad.

Maybe Im wrong but the only catalyst that is on the radar before this trial completes is if someone gets published. We've been waiting a long time for that.  I guess the HIV BLA could also be completed but not sure what the holdup is.

Another country could grant EUA, but we've been to Mexico and England so far. Philippines is next tour spot.

I just don't think NP would even unblind data for another country to look at.  I guess you never know but he would have to be really confident in the data to do that.  The FDA isn't going to look favorably on doing that so burning a bridge in the process, seems risky to me

I don't think they should care about that.  Now is the best chance to get this on the market in another country.  If he doesn't unblind he is either a ####### or he's afraid of what he finds.

You can't discount the bolded.  NP likes to play King.  He cant play King without a country.

I've been told I need to keep quiet since I'm a freerolling truther. Believe me, I feel the pain of others. My brother is in at $3.10, for instance. And I have given some thought to selling, possibly before the conference call. Although I might want to deploy the cash elsewhere, my cost basis will likely never be zero if I buy back in later. There's a lot to consider.

I'm freerolling too, just a matter of how much you want to lock in gains and how much you want to continue to gamble.

I've bought and sold this thing too many times to count.  Definitely not saying it will be my last transaction but I'm at the lowest point of invested shares since I've ever been in this.

I'm not many things, but one thing I am is a good judge of character. I have not liked this dude since the beginning. Smarmy rug salesman, a type of guy I've encountered, and shrugged off, in front of shoddy stores on dirty streets in all corners of the world. Alarm bells went off all over the place the first time I saw this guy on one of his BS pimp shows. 

But Bruce Patterson, some of his professional counterparts, some well-meaning folks here, and the stock price, convinced me otherwise. So I'm holding on and if I sell, I'm out a few grand. I'll live, but still. I should know better.

I don't pray for ill will, but I do pray for karma.

 
I had exactly the same thought, it would be both evil and massive. I don't think he's on that level, not yet, at least.
