This seems like such an obvious down day while we wait for news.  The pricing is really unusual.  Especially considering how predictable this stock has been (outside of short attacks).

We know just enough to be dangerous right now.

As impatient as I am, trying to make predictions based on a timeline that we have very limited info on doesn't seem to be smart. Just wager what you are willing to lose and you are good.

Sticking to what I know and that there are some very bullish doctors around the science of leronlimab.  They could be wrong, not discounting that possibility but trusting their expertise.  

Making a decision based on an NP timeline though, when a multitude of possibilities of things could be going behind the scenes is silly.

So we're not expecting news tonight or into tomorrow at this point, correct?  Wondering what no news going into the weekend will bring for Mondays open.

I'd be surprised if it dropped much heading into the weekend, regardless of "no" news

Seems to usually have steam going into the weekends, see no reason to bet on it otherwise

Of course, NP could end all the speculation and just drop the bomb tonight!

The only way the Philippines sees a vial of this is if they get their order in before the US grants an EAU.  If this gets an EUA from the US FDA, almost all of this will be purchased by the US.

 
I think this is absolutely the case and based on the video a few days ago those doctors saw the writing on the wall as well. Expect them to try their best to get orders flying from Samsung if they can get their FDA's approval. This letter seems to me to be a signal that the pressure has been felt. Not sure if will happen though.

Is this specific to our guy? I see the yahoo bored buzzing with it but don’t have a lot of time to read right now and I don’t want to ask those morons.

No mention of any specific company, but it was signed and released the same day as the early morning live stream regarding Leronlimab.

 
I guess my question is this...does this memorandum basically say that the Philippines is not going to wait for approval of EUA from the country of origin before granting their own EUA (and subsequently ordering as much as they can)?

I try to keep up with this thread and don't remember seeing a link related to CSP use. I drink a lot, so if I glossed this over, my apologies. Also, I believe G-Newswire is more hype than substance, could be wrong. 

 
Can anyone versed in this stuff take a look at a form 144 that Scott Kelly's wife registered today? 

It's in the February 3rd file to be found here

It lists a date of Feb 1st (approximate date of sale).  

I don't see a date of payment though on the table so is this just registering to sell in the next 3 months?

Wouldn't he go to jail if he did this a couple days before good news came out.

I think in the US you have a 1 year hold rule.  We don't have that in Canada.  We generally pay tax on 50% of any stock gains in a year.  Unless you are trading out of a tax free savings account.

They are trying to find a 4th or 5th endpoint like reduced diarrhea that was successful.  My best guess is that they are sitting on statistically insignificant results at 28 days and promising results at 40 or whatever was recommended that they use but chose to ignore.  FDA will want another trail to push CYDY behind HGEN and Merck.
