If this is a large number of shares, it's unlikely I could sell x% the next day at the exact price of the granted value.  So unless the IRS takes stock as payment, wouldn't you be selling shares at either a higher or lower value to cover the taxes?

The company handles the payment just like your paycheck. Imagine that the company asks you if you want to pay the taxes by selling half the shares or by using a cash account to which they have access. That decides the source of the tax money but they take it out and pay the IRS. It’s a W-2 employee situation not like a 1099 employee where the employee handles their tax payments.

The share price is typically also the end of the day price on whatever day the exercise/vesting happens. Imagine it more like a 401k or mutual fund investment which happens at an end of the day price not during trading hours. That price determines the taxable amount and then the company pulls it out as per above.

Every day the same. The shorts knock it down 5% in the morning, have their circle jerk, it slowly comes back around lunch time, ends the day up or down 1-2%. This is so boring.

It is. I don’t want it to go bad but so looking forward to a resolution. It’s not a stock I planned to hold a long time and I’d like to sit on that cash and find other avenues to invest.

Feel free to attack me for joking about the ongoing deflation of the stock. I'm still long with a cost basis of ~$1 on most of my holdings... but I still find humor in the ####show that this stock and the company around it has been over the last month or so. 

Ignore feature still works if you guys don't like my jokes. No sweat off my back. :D

Is it possible CYDY is on some blacklist? The dichotomy between the potential as reported across numerous channels and the lack of interest at the government level is striking.

It’s annoying but I don’t know why anybody would know about it. It’s not like we would without Chet. Their trial results haven’t been posted yet and it’s a small OTC company that has never made any news.

Word won't be able to help but get out in October when they unveil inconclusive results from CD10.... then we should see a bump in Dec when they're uplisted to QQQ. :D

I'm not a conspiracy theorist but without question there is no one interested in them at that level.  The government does not seem to want to help them, not sure why.

 
If this is a flop, Bruce Patterson has to have a terrible read and also be somewhat an imposter based on his resume.  I'm having a hard time reconciling this because he seems so credible.  Is he ahead of the rest of the medical community?  Why doesn't someone other than Dr Yo and Dr Been talk to him?
