That looks like the dollar value. At $1,500 a shot, that is 12,666 shots. Probably just enough for trials.

IIRC, leronlimab is $40 per shot to make. So that could be 500,000 shots. At $1,500 a shot, it could be sold for $750 million. That's not a bad stockpile if it's all true.

Haha, everyone on the yahoo board thinks its leronlimab with the #2 choice being avipdatil. I for one am not setting myself up for this disappointment but should be interesting nevertheless.

The only thing really going for us is the timing and that the FDA hasn't made a decision yet. The timing fits but does the glove.

Regeneron is the BP favorite to be announced but didn't think they were quite that far along with data yet.

My predictions if LL turns out to be the announcement. I give it about a 2% chance.
1. The stock price will surge to all time high. I could see it touching 30 before dropping back and settling around 20 at the end of the day.
2. The media will look for any way to discredit NP, BP, and the science behind LL.
3. Trump will butcher pronouncing leronlimab
4. Trump will say RANTES. He will not say panties.
5. This thread will go over 100 pages by the end of the trading day tomorrow.
6. We won't hear a peep from Whyatt
7. I will soil my trousers.
8. I will lose focus and draft Alshon Jeffrey in the 3rd round of my fantasy draft tonight.
9. Chet will be thanked >1000 times. Chet won't care about your thanks because he will be a multi-multi millionaire.
10. FC42 will complain about selling. Otis will state THIS IS IT! Stbugs will stop regretting not selling his other 2/3.

Would be funny if it was LL (it won’t be), and one of the forum guys got this done by emailing or pestering officials.
Trump: “Many of my staff were inundated with tweets about this company’s results, and one guy from a message board approached them and handed us paperwork on trial results. We read it all and realized the drug works!”

Where is Aviptadil in the trials process? Has it be shown to work? I don’t know anything about it.

Thoughts about why it may be LL (taken from posters on other boards):
1.FDA asked CYDY to do formal trials with placebo on both mild to moderate and severe to critical once it had positive information on compassionate based patients, so FDA is backing CYDY from very beginning and NP has mentioned several times on FDA strong supports.
2. FDA is eager to find a treatment with topline results as everybody else
especially for the mild to moderate patients who are critical to solve the Covid problems to save the country.
3. CYDY topline results submitted to FDA a week ago.
4. Leronlimab is safe with HIV BLA submitted for safety profile over 5 years for 8oo patients. no other drugs have even close safety profile available today in FDA's hands.
5. FDA has all information to prove without any political and scientific risks for both patients and America politics. FDA commissioner is definitely under pressure to find the cure, and leronlimab is far better than a typical new drugs with a lot of side effects.
took a screenshot of that NYTimes article which discussed how difficult even BP was having enrolling their trials. It was just a few weeks ago and was a much discussed article. I referred back to it just now. Regeneron stated their “initial results were pushed back to end of September” and Eli Lilly said theirs would be “end of this year.”
I believe plasma is still on hold and that’s mesoblast, MBLT, correct? So that shouldn’t be it. RLFTF is still going through trials so it’s not ready. We’re the only one that it could be unless one of these others the president has just decided to give leapfrog status to in order to excite everyone before the convention because he had nothing else and hasn’t been told about Cydy. Since Hahn will be there it should only be a drug which has completed a trial successfully. There’s the OWS and “ get better in 3 days with a shot” which sounds like us. Perhaps the delay has been trying to figure out how to get this drug to the masses before it’s announced. And Rem shouldn’t be it because the JAMA just said it sucks and it’s not “breakthrough”. Have I covered all the bases?

yeah Cappy. That is right where I am at. I don't want to get too excited, but I do think the stock price is either going to explode tomorrow, or it will plummet. There are enough drugs out there that are aiming to be the one that it really could be any of them.
For obvious reasons, I really want it to be us, but if it is something else, and that something else actually WORKS, then I am good with that also. We need a working treatment. I need football this year.

Oh yea. I will be thrilled if anything works. With Trump though, he’s pushed enough garbage that who really knows.
No matter who it is, why wouldn’t the morning news shows be leaking it? Somebody would have to know I’d think.

I don't know all the details but seems mostly anecdotal. They are in a phase 2/3 trial as well. The one thing they do have that Cytodyn does not have are political connections. Their US partner NeuroRX seems pretty connected.

Seems early in the process to me as well but have a hard time believing its Cytodyn either way.
Regeneron although also early wouldn't completely surprise me and then there is also Sorrento who has that test they are trying to get EUA for.

Only reason why I’m slightly optimistic. Trump needs a big turnaround. The next few nights he needs to say you won’t die from corona anymore - we win. Stock market and jobs need a huge bounce for him to be re-elected. The politics Of the FDA are put the window, his re-election “trumps” that. If he could fall behind “top line results” of spaying windex on someone with corona he’s going to roll with it.

Its gonna be some BP though, that's my bet. Leronlimab makes sense otherwise but I just can't picture this.

Likely Hgen drug. They entered an NIH phase 3 trial w/ Remdesivir July 23 for 100 patients and interim analysis at 50 patients. Seems like Trump could be going over a peak at that data.
I hope to god it's LL, but Hgen has NIH trial and Remdesivir link.

Didn’t Remdesivir just get linked to not improving outcomes?
I’m not saying it’ll be LL, but announcing a drug that was in combo therapy trials with another failed drug doesn’t seem like a good thing to do imo.

When has Trump cared about the full truth? The recent Rem study showed a statistically significant result with a 5 day course of Remedsivir, although it failed to show any statistically significant result with a longer treatment and at later evaluation. All Trump needs is one inch of truth and he'll run with it for miles. Hell, guess he could just be pushing Remdesivir again.
