The SAE argument still makes sense to me, isn't that something you want to substantially decrease for a better clinical outcome? Wouldn't other indicators align with this?

I could be wrong but based on his usual demeanor, I took that to mean that he was upset at how many people died during the trial who could have been saved. Kind of a sad part of a drug trial if you find out the drug is effective. There will be a portion of the placebo group who die and might have lived if they weren’t randomly given the placebo. Anyway, he mentioned that before and that’s how I took it.
You are correct. You should see SAE go well down to be statistically relevant. The point being is that the drug should be doing more for people than just standard treatment.

This is stock sleepy-time. In an hour or so things start picking up, and would be a good time for some moves. Shorting during a period of lethargy seems like it'd be futile. Need some volume and some dupes.
He’s already done that. To be honest, I would think that it’s built in even though it could be a surprise to some. That was one of the big hit pieces and short discussions when they filed the paperwork. Not saying it’s a non-event but I think everyone figured it’s a given. IMHO it’s not that big a deal unless they blow the shares/money. If you think about it, you are basically adding on to the current market cap the shares you sell. Your shares may be worth less but at the same time the company you own is now worth more. Anyway, I do think it’s basically bale in that it was happening.

I believe there will be statistical significance with less adverse events than the current standard of care. It all comes down to this critical/severe trial. We need a treatment and it will be hard to deny this works if the data says so (primary endpoint is death at 28 days, pretty easy to determine if it was successful or not). This is what BP recommended as a frontline treatment. The facts are pretty clear at this point and I'll either go down with the ship, or this is going to help people with Covid.
So while my $40k can turn to $20k in the interim, if this trial is a success, I know it will more likely be $150k. I'm getting close to 4/1 and I have science on my side, I just need to watch the game unfold, which will absolutely be stressful.

Also think the share dilution is built into the price. I'm reading that NP said he wouldn't need more than 15m of the 100m approved, if that much. Said NP plans to hold off until double digit stock price. Someone said the extra funds will help in the Naz uplist in terms of the cash position requirement.

I work for dhs and we have way more issues than this, even had the joints chief of staff on and that was a complete ####show, today was way better than any CG teleconference.

That dope needs to use the $ to hire a PR firm and some consultants who can present data.
I sold a bit less than 20% of my holdings, the only chunk I had in the black.
I have zero confidence in this guy. The stock price is not where it's at because of him; it's where it's at because of BP and other stewards behind the scenes. And it would be higher were it not for him. I can't believe how bad this guy is. He's contentless, unaware, overly emotional, unprepared, obtuse. I can't for the life of me understand how he wound up in the position he's in (I don't want to research it as there's no upside).
So many things i want to know. Is Samsung Biologics actually manufacturing some inventory right now? We know NP said so, but are they?

Been done, he does. Again, he's been running the company reasonably well to position it to be where we are today. Is he doing a great job from a PR perspective? Not that great, but he's had some good moments, has passion, but has lots of basic mistakes. Hard to fault too much with the press release the other day in terms of what they could present...his biggest error is patience right now. Underpromise, over-deliver. He wants to keep everyone excited so he keeps over-extending, overpromising, and that's causing issues. That's really the main issue I see with him is his constant desire to keep everyone excited, managing the excitement of everyone, responding to the shorting of stock, and the own-goals of setting unrealistic timelines.
Be patient, don't over-promise on timelines, let the data speak for itself and if there are wild fluctuations in pricing in the next few days/weeks, so be it. At the end of the day, you have to conclude that the data/science will win, so just let it go.

I think it's safe to bet not tomorrow or Friday. Otherwise, NP would've hinted at it.
He did say "days" but technically the year has 300+ of those so...i guess even a year from now could be days away.

I day trade a lot in general. Some days enough to make Bass look like a long term investor. But I have never sold a share of The Chose Ticker. I've bought more on dips, but never sold any.

It's more that I think I know my weaknesses. I actually just posted about this in the "other" thread but my biggest weakness is stubbornness to buy something higher than I could have had it.
My biggest concern would be that I would do something stupid like sell a bunch with the intent of buying it back cheaper, only to see it go up. Then in my stubbornness not being willing to pay more than I sold it for and trying to wait for a dip back to that number only to miss the big breakout in the interim.
It's not something I would worry about on a typical ticker but as I've mentioned before I am in CYDY for the upside and I've never felt that a huge upside play I was in was as legitimately possible as this one. Nothing would crush me more than spending all this time on this ticker, having all of this confidence in it, and ultimately ending up being right but missing out on it because I was trying to trade for a few pennies here and there.
Pennies in front of a steamroller in reverse, kind of.

Yes, I bought some when I was listening to Phish earlier and the price was stuck on $5.55. I’ll sell it if I can make a quick 5% gain.

Can’t see anything that will move it other than rumblings that the data is coming out in the AM or something similar. As great as BP is, I doubt many know who he is. Maybe if the big funds did some recent research and want to move before the news?

The efficacy data for the M/M trial may weeks to fully complete. The severe/critical trial is next up, imo. There was talk about NP submitting the safety data from that trial next week to FDA (perhaps instead of a public PR... fingers crossed on that) and ask the FDA to provide emergency IND for those remaining patients.
If this happens and the FDA approves, that could be really good. People will quickly forget about the M/M lingering data. That will come as well, but probably not next week.

He said that is the typical timeline for results like this. He didn't say it would take 6 weeks.... Am I the only one who didn't get that out of the call?

Gotta be honest, at first I hated this, but good, give them something to fear. Also, it seems to work when other CEOs take it personal (he sadly doesn't have the pedigree as most of those guys though).

I'm going to guess they go corporate relatively soon. We will all miss NP when he's relegated to just running the company and everything that comes out is corporately polished PR pieces with correctly spelled words in powerpoint, no impassioned diatribes against shorts, fewer anecdotes, less unrealistic deadlines...in short, we'll miss the NP when he's no longer front and center anymore. And once they're uplisted to NASDAQ and have FDA approval for a product, I have a feeling they'll be stepping up their game in that respect. Have no problem with NP as the leader of company, but as the PR guy he's not the best a multi-billion dollar company can offer. But they're new money...give them a few weeks.

I'd give them until opening on Tuesday of next week before worrying too much.
Hard to believe it is released tomorrow if NP passed an opportunity to tease it. Means Friday is likely in play but unlikely for the same reason. I'd guess Monday morning at earliest, and if we haven't received an update by opening on Tuesday about its release or contents, I'll start worrying. Until then, still no reason to doubt the science.

I agree with this timeline. I think it's unlikely we see it this week. I don't think they could hold onto it long enough to wait for the peak at the severe trial. I think we wont get word of that until the first week of August.
