Not much to say today about it except that its down a few cents on fairly low volume.

In fact, its about 20% of the volume we saw by this time yesterday.

I'm ok with it sitting around here for a bit until we get some news.  

 
I worked 22 years for place until the owner died in 2018.  His second company was a driving range with a pro shop and did the books there too.  I got a good grasp on the business end of this.  I wouldn't hate moving there full time.  But already committed to the mountain home and don't have another 675k just lying around yet.

The place was hopping last weekend.  Which reminds me @Idiot Boxer

IB, can you recommend and attorney in Greensboro to get rid of a traffic ticket?  87 in 65.  :bag:

What about reselling the acreage to develop half of it into actual townhomes or maybe 55+ community surrounding a 9-hole course for recreation?

FWIW - One like that just sold down the road from me (not the condos just the golf course). There are a few 55+ condos close to the 8th green - 9th tee that I believe were originally under the golf club ownership.

9 holes had been operating since 1980. 40 acres. Bought by the town for $575k with plans to convert to soccer & lacrosse fields. They were asking $680k.

So here's how it all went down during the first meeting with Cytodyn:

New Billionaire Guy(chet): Hey NP. I've been watching you and this stock for awhile.

NP: Why, thank you chet. As you then know, you have heard all about the positive things through the videos and press releases and......

Chet: Dude. Can you just shut the hell up for a minute?

NP: Well, I can prepare a press release by lunch today to let people know you were in the office and....

Chet: For crissakes NP. Did you not hear me? Let me try this another way. I AM A BILLIONAIRE.

NP: Well, our product has shown to be safe and we are trying to get approval from the FDA and Nasdaq which will really help things along...

Chet: Alright, that's it. Fantasycurse, can you go over there and give him a plate of IHOP pancakes with a lot of syrup.....wait....make that no syrup. NP - eat that for the next week or so while I pull this turd stock from panic-land.

NP: hmnmngndsjhmmhmnhhgsmn.....

Chet: That's better. OK, here's what we're gonna do:

#1: NP is gonna eat pancakes. For awhile. Maybe a few months.

#2. I'll deal with the FDA and Nasdaq. This thing will fly in about 30 days.

#3. I'm doing all the talking now. I have some boys in the FFA relying on this. 

#4. When this all works, we are gonna load up in our John Deere's and head over to On The Border for a cornhole. Saddle up boys. 

 
There’s a typo on Google Finance, because it says CYDY dropped 0.7% today.  I assume that’s just a mistake with decimal point. 

 
This just seems like an incredible value.  Honestly if it was local I'd be all over this.  100 acres, 8 rental units, business and bar/restaurant income.  What am I missing? 
I would be concerned on how "red" it was. I would not move to most anywhere in Texas other than Austin. I like to be near my people
