This guy definitely has it out for Patterson, doesn't trust him and infers he is compromised by his business interests with Cytodyn (paraphrasing a little but that's the gist).  He actually emailed me as soon as the article got posted and said something to the effect that I might not want to hear what Patterson had to say.

I've called them out on taking things out of context, he says I'm on a cult stock.

Not sure what else to say. It's weird that guys from the WSJ are this hell bent against this company but I also don't get the feeling they understand anything about the science either.  They are definitely following the Night King's lead here.  The whole thing is odd.  I asked them point blank if they had anything real with fraud to post it, of course crickets.

Which reporter?  What led to the initial exchange?  Going after BPat's credibility is a loser IMO.  He's done nothing to justify it other than figure out COVID-19 and that LL would effectively treat it.

I emailed that Zuckerman guy after the first article and we had some back and forth.  He didn't write the second article but still felt compelled to email me and let me know that it had been written.

He definitely thinks Patterson is too close to the business here to take his word at face value.

 
Hey sorry for the question, but I've been blissfully not paying attention to cydy for a week.  Did we conclude that that EUA was not granted...isnt it way past the timing of when we would know if it was granted?

 
I don't think these reporters are necessarily on the right track but I have to agree when people are calling attention that Cytodyn's covid data really hasn't been published in a medical journal yet.

If this is valid data, I would like to see it peer reviewed and published.  It would erase a lot of the questions that are out there.  I'm not sure why that has taken so long but it seem to be a bit of a red flag.

Patterson definitely didn't think it was going to take this long.  We are four months into that preprint now.  I never heard anyone say anything about a 4 month timeline. Not Nader not Patterson

I don't think we are going to get it but we are waiting for Nader to essentially report this, right?  If so, I guess he can report it when he is ready.

Patterson does/did have millions of dollars riding on the outcome of leronlimab.  Most people would have difficulty being 100% honest and forthright when they have so much money riding on it.  100% of Bruce's comments have been positive about leronlimab.  None have been negative at all.  So he definitely isn't telling us everything that he thinks.  He is a salesman.

Unpack this more, please.

He's said numerous times that LL isn't a magic bullet and isn't for everyone. He's also said that there will be a need for multiple drugs to cover this virus. While maybe not a negative on LL, he's also not touting it as a super elite upper tier drug that will cure covid.

I just want to see him peer reviewed and published or better yet leronlimab approved for something and then all this noise can stop.  Unfortunately until that happens, it is understandable how some can view it this way.  If I start going down this path though, then I may as well be in another stock because he's the cornerstone for it.

I don't know why he mentioned operation warp speed if there wasn't something serious in the works and on dr drew of all places .  I can see why anyone wanting to attack, would jump on that opportunity.  Not gonna make too big a deal out of this, I have certainly said things in excitement before that perhaps I shouldn't have.  Not necessarily anything nefarious but to those that have doubts about him, he opened that door.

 
I think it’s been said before that every company even remotely involved with covid got a OWS letter. My warning bells definitely went off when he said that because he didn’t highlight anything else in regards to talking to them.

How about an update on the publication of the results from the m/m trial that we were promised?  How long do we need to wait for that?

 
If there were any news coming there wouldn’t be a call. Reason they dropped this after hours on. a Friday. This sucks.

This one isn't phasing me, I wrote EUA off for M/M a while ago. 

Its all coming down to severe/critical for Covid.

 
Definitely need something positive to happen soon.  Feeling like Otis going into the weekend and that is bad news.   Maybe I've ridden the rollercoaster too many times, can never sustain the thrill of the ride.

I don't see the point of a 3rd trial for the m/m.  What is the point of putting NEWS2 as the primary endpoint, when they have already shown that can get statistical significance with a very small trial.  This would just be a waste of time for everyone.  Either we get EUA for phase 2 or the trial gets stopped because the FDA does not put stock in NEWS2.

I don't feel like the FDA is going to give them a break.  They will go more by the book with this company.  If it were Regeneron or some other Big Pharma. different story Im sure.  I think they will get a phase 3 as the FDA will likely want to see more data anyway.

This is the issue with this company right now.  They have no respect in the industry, they have no political connections. Its an uphill battle.

I would like for them to be bought out but not sure that is even in the cards right now.

But if its effective other countries will approve it IMO.
