Will the CYDY stock price rise, fall, or stay even this morning?
It's Thursday. If it follows the pattern of the last month it will fall today and then rise a bit tomorrow and on Tuesday when the market opens.

According to the tidal wave of 20k shares traded in Germany, it looks to be a green opening. That said 20k shares is not a good indicator. It didn’t seem like it was a typical bad call last night so maybe it could buck the trend of losing money on all of these calls.

I'm not so sure.  I have a feeling, and maybe its because of my selling a little yesterday with the plan to buy back lower today, that it is going to rise and stay up, possibly a 25-30 cent gain at the end of the day.  There may be a dip into the red in the middle of the day, but I am not willing to take that chance at this point.  That's just how I feel about it.

I say this because even though we didn't really get any concrete news yesterday, there were hard dates when they meet with FDA and MHRA.  With Monday being a holiday, I think we see a bit of a rise today and even more of a rise tomorrow.  I have my buy in a little above yesterday's close right now.  My plan from yesterday will have still worked if my order fills, but not as well as I had hoped for before the call.  I was fortunate to sell near yesterday's high, so I have a little wiggle room to get my shares back this morning.

If it works out, I add 100 shares and shave a few pennies off my cost basis.

(alternately, we drop 30 cents after I buy back at the day's high)

CYDY stock has a habit of starting out with a rise for the first few minutes and then taking a plunge.  You could be buying at the worst time possible.  Why not wait for the plunge to buy?

yeah.  I was just thinking this after typing it up.  That may be very good advice.  I don't want to get caught up in the FOMO mentality.  It almost ALWAYS pulls back a bit mid day, at least since the major runup, of which I was sadly not a part of.

It sometimes pulls back midday but the most common time for a pullback is 5 to 30 minutes after the market has opened.  Nader spoke yesterday and it was a nothing burger so I think today's pullback will be early and sharp.

Waiting for that pullback, so I can repurchase some of the position I sold off last week.  Now it takes off....  figures.

Guess I'll wait until after that upcoming short attack.

This is not what I expected, but I am not totally surprised by it.  I just wasn't expecting such a quick jump in the first 30 minutes.

The 1m candle charts, and watching the bid/asks coming in, on active CYDY days sure are exciting.

Were you able to buy back in?
No.  It jumped my bid price.

I will buy back if it falls back a bit more.  I am comfortable with what I have right now.  I also think if the meetings end up with anything other than an approval announcement, its going to drop pretty far back next week.

i.e. Nader
He has his limitations for sure but do you think he's lying about this?  If so, you should get out if you haven't already.

The pieces add up.  It's completely logical and coherent for the UK to quickly approve a drug that had a statistically significant trial using an index their Royal College of Physicians invented.

BLA meeting with FDA on Sept 8.  Meeting with UK on Sept 9.  Coincidence?  Maybe.  Could be that the FDA will also talk about Covid data along with granting HIV BLA the day before CYDY meets with UK.  Maybe they want to get ahead of the UK.

FDA approving GILD (SOC) and plasma (calling it a break through for Covid treatment... they caught heat for that).  Heads will truly roll if LL gets approved outside the US and it shows signs of helping with Covid.

Will other countries follow if UK grants approval?  If the drug works and it gains traction... I'd like to be on board that train.

Nader talks like everything is peaches and cream.  While his statements might not be straight lies, he paints everything in a positive light.  He has pestered the UK for months.  They granted him a meeting that might be a 5 minute Zoom meeting.  The Brits are doing their due diligence but the meeting is probably just a formality.

Do you have evidence for that or are you basing your opinion on what Nader said?

They are also enrolling patients in the phase 3 trial.  The Brits seem interested suddenly.

Evidence on the 5 minute meeting?

I still don’t understand why the brits would waste even 5 minutes (lol) giving a tiny 25-person operation in a different country in the middle of a global pandemic their time if they weren’t at least somewhat or very interested but ok. It is a theory I guess.

This is my other wingman @Don Hutsonworst day in a while.  I usually will give a listen to some of his viewpoints but touting that the Brits could be treating this as a blowoff meeting is a ridiculous statement.  They are interested.  Doesn't mean anything comes of it, but this isn't a nothing meeting.

This

Everybody: wow it’s cool they are having a call with the brits, shows somebody is interested

Don: how do you even know they are having the call? NADER?

everybody: well yea and the brits would also just say they don’t know anything about it

Don: yea but how do you know it’s not just a 5 minute call?

everybody: what? Why would they do that? And so now we have to prove a negative?

Don: how do you know the brits won’t just log on and show Mr. Bean footage for 20 minutes? You don’t know that they WON’T
