Not at all. I know for a fact the drug works. If they had Humanigen’s mgmt team, they would have an approval already. Instead, we have a bumbling fool for a CEO and a former sports doctor pretending to understand immunology. None of them is qualified to be running a multi-billion dollar public company.

So upper 5.20s to close the day or does this insider sell off keep the price down?  I think we are around where we were before the news of the FDA allowing EINDs and the phase 3 opening up.

I agree with you on this.  Him flooding the market with shares stopped all the momentum on 12/22 and caused this downward pressure since.

I hate Nader and rest of team, they are bigtime jokers. On the other hand CYDY to date has also made me a lot of money.  Definite love hate relationship.

I agree with you on this.  Him flooding the market with those shares on 7/22 stopped all the momentum.

Hate Nader and team but like the money they have made me so far.

We’re all just hoping the drug works at this point. Their incompetence is frustrating. Stock should be worth closer to 10 with legit management and not these morons.

Well Chet knows it works.  I'm not sure how he got insight into the CD12 results.

 
The billing codes that hospitals and doctors use to charge for procedures (that were added a few weeks back) for LL. Seems someone did a dive into the actual paperwork and the active date for the LL code is 1/21 which is one week after the unblinding of CD12. Seems the data in the system said 1/1 but the actual form was more precise (or a mistake) 

My take would be another set of tea leaves to read pointing in a good direction but also could just be tea leaves.

I have no opinion on how successful this company will be in the future, from following it seems like there are plenty of red flags, but I feel like anyone claiming this as a pump and dump hasn't actually been involved in one. 

The current status is well beyond where those usually play.

It’s obviously not that. Calling it a pump is a lazy way to describe it. It’s just piss poor management.

This all seems very odd. I mean, to publish these codes and find activation dates and everything and assume that's some signal that a drug would get approved before it's announced it's approved... just weird. Or, I just found out how to beat the game and now I'll be diving into codes and figuring all of this stuff out well before the market and I can buy before the news breaks.

The codes are legit. It was from the government website. 

The date I have no idea, but if you can...share the tips with us in the future.

The codes are legit.  They were published on the CMS (Center for Medicare Services) website which is one of the entities that determines the ICD-10 codes in the US, along with the CDC and a few others.  The Jan 1st date is still the effective date from everything I've seen.  If you go here: https://www.cms.gov/medicare/icd-10/2021-icd-10-pcs  and download the zip from the 4th link on the "downloads" list.  If you open the .txt files of codes the Leronlimab code is in there.

What stood out to me is that Leronlimab has it's own individual code.  This is rare.  Some of the most commonly used antibiotics such as Levaquin or Zosyn, which are used multiple times daily at every hospital in the country, do not have their own ICD-10-PCS code.  You get a generic "Infusion of Anti-infective" code rather than the specific drug.

That doesn't necessarily mean Leronlimab will get approved for anything.  The FDA has no input into ICD-10 codes.  One explanation could be that a lot of the data collection for public health is done though the ICD-10 codes since they're used on each admission.  The stats you see such as "80% of COVID patients who expired had acute respiratory failure" are coming from data analysis of the ICD-10 codes.  Because we're still trying to figure out how to best treat COVID and multiple drugs have EUAs, it might be a way for the CDC to track outcomes.  I still think it's a big deal that leronlimab has their own special code, but maybe they wanted it that way to get better data on the exact treatment rather than a generic "infusion of monoclonal antibody" drug, they know exactly which drug was given.  Could just be special circumstances because of COVID.

I know the codes are legit.

I just meant using the publishing of codes to know what drugs are going to be approved before the FDA announces seems odd. Since so many stocks pop when FDA clearance happens, seems someone would have figured this out by now.

It could be something as simple as the CFO's wife nagging him to sell because she recognizes he works for a maniac who could fire him at any time.  I agree that the optics are horrible but this is hardly the first or last mistake these bozos will make.

 
We got another PR, this time for a good ole NP webcast on January 6th.   My antennas are on full alert.  When he goes for this move, it's never good.  Seems like a wag the dog but Im just an incessant optimist.

I'm feeling a lot better selling a chunk this week. 

Still holding some just to see what happens, but if it goes green I may just get out completely.  I love the science part of it, but man it's hard to root for this company.
