Pretty sure there is a hangover thread somewhere but the pros here don't get hungover, they just continue the next day.How does one make Kahlua?We used to do shots of 1/2 Kahlua and 1/2 Tequila in college. It sounds awful but it turns out to be pretty tasty.

I quit for a bit, mostly because i was doing a lot during the week and I really needed to hunker down to try to save our business. I was going more daytime drinking (business lunches, advertisers, etc) and I just wasn't getting stuff done like I needed to. I'm not officially off the wagon, but tonight I'm drinking out of what seems to be a fishbowl of wine.

I just remembered it for some reason... probably because it struck a chord when you talked about it (albeit minimally, IIRC) here. Glad you came out on the other side. I hope to do so myself someday...

Between different flavors of coffee and different types of vodka -and the fact that I like to F around in the kitchen and experiment, it's been fun. kahlua ice cream, kahlua brownies, etc better with your own kahlua imo. Next batch is a mint kahlua for the holidays. Cheers!
