**** official February shark pool "what I want my team to do" mock draft ****. Round 4 starts on page 16 (1 Viewer)

Steelers have no 4th round pick, so I'm off. However, let me just add that Mayock joined Kiper today in projecting Vander Esch to the Steelers, both long after this mock. Then, Tony Pauline followed up by mocking Kyzir White to Pittsburgh with their SECOND round pick (I took him in the 3rd.)*

Just proves what I've known for a while; the national draft "experts" are watching my mocks and cribbing my Steelers picks. It's been happening for years now.

* - He erred by giving the Lorenzo Carter in the first. I almost took him in the second here, but Hubbard fits their typical OLB metrics and scheme more than Carter does.

ESPN has Mike McCray (Ohio U.) as the next ILB on their list.

They also still list about 20 players who went back to school, so.....  :loco:

They did have 100 picks in this draft so can afford some luxury picks.
It's hard to replicate in a mock but I'm assuming they trade into next year's draft and do a few upgrades. If they're not really active they're doing it wrong.

Do they even have enough roster space for everyone including picks?

Forgot SF traded their 4th to Denver and don't pick until Pittsburg's 4th.  Big gap for them between 3.9 and late 4th.

Well. Okay....

4.99 - Houston - Rashaan Gaulden, CB Tennessee

Texans secondary is in major transition. Both Brugler and Jeremiah have singled out Gaulden as a guy who will soon be a fast draft riser.

I have to go to work for just a couple of hours. I will make the Raiders pick around 7pm central  if they are up.

Yeah I’m going to be out of pocket for a while soon - if Denver doesn’t pick soon some one else can make the Jets pick. My plan was to grab a RB (Freeman). I’m ok with whatever though.

Back home now. Give me a little while to get things together and I'll post the Denver pick. Unless someone has already done so and I haven't seen it yet. Be back soon.

Tampa is picking next and then Denver again at 105.

If I’m not around, pick for Denver in this order:

Anthony Johnson, WR, Buffalo

Duke Ejiofor, DE, Wake Forest

With pick 106 in the 4th round of the 2018 NFL draft the Raiders select Uchenna Nwosu LB USC.

One of the Raiders weakest spot on defense is LB. Adding another option to the LB group is a must in this draft. He is scheme versatile and could come of
the edge on occasion.

He had 75 tackles, 11.5 tackles for a loss, 9.5 sacks, 1 interception and 13 passes defended in 2017.

Raiders 2018 Draft:
1st round - Denzel Ward CB Ohio State
2nd round - Harrison Phillips DT Stanford
3rd round - Tyrell Crosby OT Oregon
4th round - Uchenna Nwosu LB USC
