He's made posts in the past about being financially well off and commented the night of the election he was worried his 401K would lose $10,000 if Trump won. He has money.

$10000? Bwahahaaaaaa. He doesn't have money based on that one statement
He has to have some money if he felt his 401K would drop by $10,000. 10% drop means $100,000 in it. I have no idea but he has made many posts about being financially well off and one post about his wife closing the sale of a million dollar home.

Anyone want to bet his account has no activity up to the inauguration?

Seems like this is an even money prop imo.
I would be tempted to say he signs in again. FC42 will email the survivor pool commish and would probably take a dump on cstu's front porch. If his real life gets #### ed with, he'll come back and play.

He's out about $3-4k right? Chump change. What a #####
$2k

I mean, the market is up too since he complained about those mythical $10k losses that didn't come to fruition, shouldn't be a big deal for a guy like this. Especially considering he is prob up since Tues.

on whether or not cstu has money

I drunkenly bumped some other relevant posts last night.  dude is a peach.  anyways, i'm gonna go make some breakfast (not unlike our friends on the west coast, probably).  happy vet's day, folks.
Wish I would've seen those sub $12.50 wages before making the bet :lmao:

Maybe he got up to that $500k he mentioned later in the post, I mean we are over 12 months later, that would only be what, a 2000% bump in wages? Seems reasonable.

Come on guy, radio silence?

Come in and take your whipping, everyone will forgive.

Actually, you should come in and post a bunch of  :lmao: , and call everyone suckers.  That would really jump start the thread.  Have some fun with it.

I only know two people in commercial real estate appraising.  Both of them were involvement in loan fraud via straw borrowers and couldn't find employment elsewhere.  Not to cast a broad net because I'm sure their are good people out there, but commercial appraising is a field that is attractive to cheaters.

$12.50 living in California????

Obviously the man probably cannot afford to pay or does not want to explain to his wife why he needs 2 grand because it will surely cause an argument.

Best bet is he eventually swallows his pride, Contacts who he owes, and works something out.

Maybe after a year or two with Trump as his leader he will learn a little something about winning.

Lets calm down now. Since he is now aware we know he is the biggest loser on this board, he prob won't be coming back.

CSTU, we know you're a big man with big $$$$ - you were prob busy with some sort of [insert emergency here] and couldn't post. All is forgiven, come pay your debts.

I hope so for those that are owed, but I am not very optimistic that we FBG is never going to see or hear from him again, voluntarily, and no one gets paid

I'm still saying he broke the news to his wife how much he owes and was given an ultimatum not to pay or something.  My wife would ####### flip.
I've thought the same thing.  And any wife flipping out is not surprising.  Should have thought about that before making bets in good faith.
