I think, at one point, I emptied an entire magazine point blank inside the mansion wondering why in the hell this guy wouldn't drop.I nearly laughed my *** off once I realized it was one of the good guys. Of course, the obligatory, "you're an idiot" from my wife didn't help much, either.

I was in a furious firefight from behind cover with another guy last night, only to realize it Model Engine and he was on my team! In my defense, he was equally confused and was firing back. Of course, that's better than the alternative. On Friday, I retreated into the upstairs room of the Mansion and proceeded to give my "teammate" a verbal update on enemy positions. Only when stonereaper9 calmly chainsawed me in half did I realize that he wasn't on my team at all!

Just got back from lunch and my game finally arrived Tried it for a few Min's, and I must say it feels smooth. Too bad I had to come back into the office I am going to run Thur a few campaigns tonight, and hopefully the Gold Live card I ordered should be in tomorrow.

They always run leagues and tournaments for most 360 games.Everyone there is cool and there's always people online to play with. i gotta say the worst feeling in the world is when you set up shop and in sniper position and you hear that chainsaw go off behind you and you know its over.

The only thing I can think of is to use landmarks. For example in the canals, I tend to use the bridges. I say something like, "I'm up on the their bridge." Their bridge being the one closest to their spawn. On Mansion you can say outside or inside, upstairs or downstairs.

Definitely a game where communication is very important.

As well as teamwork. Even if you do sound like an 80 year old woman

One thing we found that works well depending on the map, is have one guy try to run decoy cover fire while the others go to key positions.

ok. i am really tempted to get this game. But, is it worth a $200 investment 6 weeks before x-mas?(i could just wait and get this stuff as gifts)

Id need a wireless adapter (Tv is three rooms away from modem) xbox live and the game.

Also, with college hoops coming out next tuesday, i doubt ill have time to split between both games. I think im gonna wait til december. hope you guys are still into it by then.

On a few of the maps, a good sniper is extremly effective in pinning down the other team while the other players shoot and scoot up to them.

Target allows you to do that 2 times per year, and I had to do it twice already for business purposes (they use the DL). The ######## at BB said he could not do anything without a receipt. I said fine, I will just wait for the day after Christmas, when he told me I would have to have a receipt then, too.I gave him a look like, whatever jackwad.

I had a ball last night. Pretty much only the 2nd time I played but I faired pretty well. Played with The Gator, orcinus kc, Otis and I think JD PJ was on my team at some point. Out team was getting the worst of it most of the time. orcinus is no joke. He was racking up the kills. I was in the Zone and winning in points/kills for the last 4 or 5 games I played. The worst part about that, is my headset was out. It was around 2am and I didn't feel like rebooting. I was trying to signal that I was about to go to bed, but a new round started and then Otis combat rolled and split my wig with a point blank shotgun kill! I thought that was a good time to call it a night.

Have fun and, if nothing else, you can enjoy the refreshments I'll bring to the death lobby.

Now, all that's left is to find out who's in. While we have 20+ GoW nics right now, I'm guessing not all are going to be available on Friday; however, if we have more than 16 interested, we can certainly add another team or two.
