She will be skating in a wheelchair..  She will use all of her medical issues, that she doesn't have, as an excuse to avoid prison.  Maybe her defense team will have her prove to everyone how weak she is by having her fail at open a pickle jar.

She has more than just federal charges to sorry about.  He wouldn't do that though, because he would save his own butt.  He is definitely looped in the Clinton Foundation, but will probably get out as long as he doesn't step out of line.  This heavy campaigning is a front imo, he probably already made his deal.

I'm not going to make the leap that this report means they found classified emails to or from Hillary on Weiner's laptop and at the end of the day what they find perhaps could look bad but not change the dynamic of their investigation but seems a stretch to think that CBS is reporting on emails from Huma to her husband.

Reality is almost always much more boring than Saints lists of "what we know" speculation built on a foundation of speculation.  Maybe this time will be one of the exceptions when we actually learn something, maybe...

pretty sure it was Paul Combetta that did the deletion, not Pags. of course, they both received immunity so maybe the article is correct. who knows?

 Voter sentiment is moving in a huge way so i doubt the polls can catch whatever happens.  I imagine there could be some sort of major news that comes out to hurt trump, comey or both on monday before the election but isnt everyone expecting that by now?  How effective can it be?

 
So, FBI "sources" who are close to Guliani (a law enforcement hero, I know, good friends of mine are NYPD, and voting Trump) are the ones feeding half baked bull#### "stories" to fox... and granted, I don't know the details for sure but if the tinfoil hat folks KILLING Clinton on innuendo just give this a pass, not only shame on you, but forget me valuing your opinion and judgement moving forward.

Can we explain this? FBI agents, going way outside of guidelines (maybe illegal, maybe just against how they have ever acted befote.. I'm not going to pretend to know the details), aligned with Guliani who is a bat-### crazy Trump surrogate are POTENTIALLY trying to influence an election... maybe maybe not, but... crickets?

Says pretty much everything considering the "conspiracy theorists so long as the conspiracy reinforces my politcal view" are SO vocal on any random David Dodds link from wherever, but when we have serious questions about the FBI leaking info a week before an election for political reasons (and maybe cause they hate working with Hillary, which provides some level of explanation, but not excuse) it's convenient silence.  

God bless history. It has such a more clear lense than the ever moving and changing present.  If I am the one pointed out as the idiot, to be it... but it just seems a bunch of people are literally falling for a con man and his faux-populist message that you are eating up like lap dogs.

At this point, it's tough not to say rogue agents in the FBI aren't coordinating political attacks on Hillary with Guliani.  Maybe Comey should be investigating that.  Truly despicable.

These emails, CBS News’ Andres Triay reports, are not duplicates of emails found on Secretary Clinton’s private server. At this point, however, it remains to be seen whether these emails are significant to the FBI’s investigation into Clinton. It is also not known how many relevant emails there are.

Remember that back in January Giuliani told Sean Hannity that FBI sources told him that Hillary would be indicted "within a few weeks." Then he repeated that again in March, and again in June. Judge Andrew Napolitano of Fox News also assured Fox viewers that this would happen, and even at one point read the exact charges on the air which he said had been leaked to him by FBI agents, and that the indictment was coming "in a matter of hours."

I assume these new leaks are from the same dudes.

 
Okay.  

Emails related to Hillary's time as SOS =\= emails from or to Hillary.

Not duplicates =\= withheld emails. 

The only thing any any of these articles say can be reasonably interpreted as: the FBI found emails on her staff member's husband's computer that somehow relate to the fact that Hillary was SOS and were not previously obtained, possibly because Hillary has never seen them and they were never on her server.

It also may be that they're confession emails from Hillary.  But there is no reason to believe that. 

 
But Fox and Republicans weren't the only ones dreaming of a Clinton indictment. In at least 3 different interviews Bernie Sanders' wife suggested that her husband should stay in the race because Hillary was about to be charged with serious crimes. Susan Sarandon, who is now a Jill Stein supporter. predicted that Hillary would be in jail by August. and openly said she was rooting for it to happen. The myopia has run in both directions.
