But this nonsense about how she shouldn't even be allowed to handle classified information any more is absurd and baseless and it deserves to be mocked.
She shouldn't be allowed to view classified information until she is properly retrained and cleared once again to do so.  I'm not saying she should "never" be allowed to handle it.  Go through the training (have to wonder if she really ever did after her claim of ignorance), and be cleared to obtain a security clearance.

If she set it up to avoid FOIA, then that would push the situation she created into the criminal realm. If it was just for convenience reasons, then it's probably not criminal. BUT, and this seems to be what you have issue with, despite her actions not being criminal, they ARE often subject to security and administrative sanctions. This isn't my opinion. It's Comey's:

"To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. "

But again, we're not talking about imposing security and administrative sanctions here. After all, she's not in the position any more. So at best she walks away with no punishment at all.. At worst, she's promoted to president.
Administrative sanctions can and likely would include things like warnings or probationary periods.  And it's fair to hold that as a negative against her, as I've said.  But IMO (1) that's not the same as saying she she should never be allowed to handle classified information or hold a national public office again, and (2) pales in comparison to the laundry list of disqualifying deeds and statements of her opponent.

I know the second thing doesn't matter to some of you, you're judging her actions for their own sake rather than on a curve.  And that's fine.  But the bottom line is, it's either her or Trump.

I am amazed that folks would still vote for her to be President.   She has been caught lying red handed by denying she never sent anything marked classified.  This is a major character flaw and you simply can not trust her yet she is the favorite for the white house?  Wow.
This.  Insanely, because she's up against Donald Trump, the perception is that she should be less scrunitized.

I ignore the bold for the sole fact that American is better than being subjected to a binary system. It's the plethora of small minded people who make that happen. It's the minority of dreamers who push the country to greater heights.

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:  I have gotten more use out of this emoticon today than I have in a while. Are you serious? What training??

5 or 6 FBI men interviewed her at same time. (cross examination).

He spoke with some of those.  Dont see the issue. You have impugned him again. Amazing.
I merely repeated a fact that was stated. I was surprised he wasn't directly involved in the interview, that's all.

Oh and... :lmao:

Nobody can say for sure what gross negligence is but what it is almost certainly not is something that similar people in a similar position have also done.  If other Secretaries of State conducted department business via private email it might not even rise to the level of negligence, let alone gross negligence. That her predecessors did so less frequently, or not on their own personal servers, may (should?) matter to your opinion of her, but it doesn't matter when it comes to application of the law.  After all the potential crime requiring gross negligence would be "permitting removal" of information by having it sent to a private server, and for those purposes it doesn't matter whose server it is or how often you did it.

You all are waaaay too deep on this.  Take a deep breath.  This is a mistake in judgment, and it's fair to hold a mistake in judgment against her, but it's not close to being a crime.  Never has been, never will be.
The conclusion by Comey is that Grandma didn't have the requisite intent because she couldn't recognize classified information whether marked or unmarked.

Oh and Hillary was too stupid or reckless to realize how dangerous it was.

Yippee for us.

oh wow.  The funny thing in this is that you think there is no training for individuals who are appointed to handle classified information.  You can't be serious.  Do you think you just sit at a desk and receive classified briefings and/or information/documents?

Holy crap.   :loco:     What training?

So you are going to send the soon to be President back to school, with a little dunce cap on her head?

Friend.. I don't know you very well but you seem to be a good guy.  But you are really showing a lot of ignorance here with your lack of understanding of this particular subject matter.  Obviously you know nothing about how classified information is handled/processed.  But apparently HRC doesn't either.  She deserves your vote.

FBI already did it.  There is no way the congressional hearing would be a better investigation then the year long one the FBI just ran. Next.
Maybe they could take previous statements made under oath and compare them to the statements she made to the FBI. Something that some people apparently believe wasn't necessary.

Mens rea: Hillary doesn't know Classified when she sees it and she didn't stop to think foreign intelligence services would be tracking her every word.

Congratulations.
A "C" in parenthesis in 3 documents that the FBI Director admitted it was plausible that anyone could miss in over 30,000 emails.

I know she has had years and years of training, that is a given...I was amused that people want to exclude her from receiving classified intelligence  because of this. Boggles my mind
This doesn't make sense.....if she had all this training she'd certainly know exactly what she was doing.  We know what she did, and you think what she did was acceptable?

Years and years of training and education is irrelevant.  Until she receives specific training that is specifically designed and delivered to train one in the safe handling of classified information, she is just as qualified in handling secrets of the United States as you are.
