What's stupid is Hillary trying to be funny.   She is not funny when she tries to be.   Remember her doing the dog "Arf, Arf, Arf"?  She thought it hilarious.  Cackle, cackle.

 
Even the set up for that idiotic joke turned me off "Thanks for the endorsement Bill . . . took you long enough." Of course. Only Hillary Fn Clinton could turn a "thank you for supporting me" into a cheap shot. I really hope all the Dem voters still undecided have "took you long enough" ringing in their ears when they go to the polls.

There's something not right there.  A few months ago he was on stage with Hillary with his mouth open like he was catching flies.  But then again, I thought he was incredible last week when he smacked down therose BLM protesters.  "Tell the truth!"

Attention fellow Sanders supporters: you're falling into the same trap as the right wingers, where you jump on everything Hillary does and says as proof that she's evil, incompetent, and criminal.   The problem with this is eventually people stop listening to you.

I think within the last two pages I've defended Clinton's record as SoS and dismissed out of hand any conspiracy involving her daughter and the financial industry. 

I reserve the right to make fun of her racism-based attempts at humor.

Attention Hillary supporters: right wingers and left wingers are constantly saying she's evil, incompetent, and criminal. Surely there's a great deal of hyperbole involved, but at some point you've got to wonder where all this smoke keeps coming from.

No.   Simply b/c the right wing has engaged in nonstop character assassination does not mean that you have to believe that there's some truth to what they're saying.    The only thing I've seen that truly stunk was the cattle futures trading.    Plus, the barking onstage was pretty stupid.    And she should probably avoid comedy altogether.

With all due respect, on the previous page you were fear mongering (which is beneath you, btw) about the possibility of Hillary getting our armed forces members in danger, although you didn't elaborate.

:lmao:  In your bizarre view of the universe, you must see Democrats as not engaging in non-stop character assassination?   You visit the Trump or Cruz thread much?  Hillary is as deserving of having her character attacked as much as any of them. The Clinton's have been scamming the system using grey areas of the law to profit off their positions of power. for decades.  It started with things like renting the Lincoln Bedroom and has advanced in utilizing the Clinton Foundation to shake down contribution from Foreign interests.  The low point may have been Bill selling pardons for political donations to Hillary's senate campaign, but Hillary's selling uranium to Russia is right up there. Hillary selling out to Big Oil and Big Banks is almost minor in comparison.  There are tons of things which stink about Hillary, including being a power/money-hungry condescending paranoid wench who cares nothing about ethics.  It is whatever she thinks she can get away with.  She is a female nixon on steroids.

I am lost at what point you think your point is.  Your point was to stop believing the right wing lies about Hillary and be nice to Hillary, as if Sanders supporters are too dumb to think for themselves.  My point was these aren't lies, the dislike for Hillary as a candidate is based upon decades of observance of behavior and actual facts.  I applaud most of the Sanders supporters for thinking for themselves and not getting absorbed into party politics and blindly get behind whatever crap the Democrats spit out.  Yeah, I think Hillary deserves criticism.  That does not prove your point.

Please supply evidence of  "condescending paranoid wench."   And it should be good, solid evidence, if you're going to levy those charges.  Setting up a private email server is not going to cover "paranoid".   Also, don't even worry about trying to supply evidence of "wench".

I am not wasting my time respond to your 'points' since they strayed so far off the path and started making it more personal.  I tried to ignore your meaningless sidebar issues and refocused things to what the disagreement was really about.  I don't want to waste everyone's time discussing an arguement was an 'ad hominem attack' or not.

That is why I said 'more personal'.  Yes, I think his views are extremely slanted, but my post addressed the reality of why people think bad about Hillary.  His main point was to say how I made his 'point' which he did not even articulate what the point was and how I was not responding.  I do not see the point of going into that kind of discussion.  I responded to what I thought the discussion was and not the petty crap.

I certainly believe a lot - if not most - of it is over the top. But to believe there's *no* truth to any of it?  That's a bit much, imo.

With all due respect, her own endorsers are calling her a warrior, and she's absolutely a military interventionalist who has backed military intervention repeatedly.  That's not so good for the people whose actual boots are on the ground.

We can discuss a lot of things about Hillary Clinton and throw a lot of opinions back and forth.  Many will be right, many will be wrong.  But Clinton is well known for military intervention.  That's not fear mongering.  She will have a strong military, but she will use it.

I'm all for saying hey be objective, but come on:

Over-incarceration and over policing - Clinton crime bill.

Financial regulation - Clinton repeal of Glass Steagall.

Too much foreign intervention - 90s-00s Iraq, Serbia, Libya, Syria, Yemen.

Too much money in politics - Hillary and Bill have raked in more personally and politically in more ways than anyone ever.

Divisive politics - well David Brock and Sid Blumenthal are maybe the two most noted names in political assassinations.

Integrity, accountability and transparency in government - Guess.

*** These are the themes of this election, the answer is obviously "More Clinton." If you want to discuss it, discuss it.
