This is so far past Benghazi, anything having to do with that is like no. 99 on the list of possibilities.I think that is correct.
I think the impeachable offense must occur while the President is in office serving as President, so (if I'm right) it wouldn't be for Benghazi email stuff.
When was Hillary a President or Vice President?Bill opted not to prosecute Reagan for Iran-Contra. Obama decides to let Bush and Cheney off the hook for war crimes they were guilty of and the Rs fight tooth and nail to prosecute Hillary for emails and Benghazi. Seems about par for the course.
Article II Section 4: The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.I think that is correct.

Leave it to the Clintons to create a constitutional crisis.I think the impeachable offense must occur while the President is in office serving as President...
You have go to be ####### kidding me.H/T JONMX
SO HILLARY IS BEING INTERVIEWED THIS WEEKEND.
AND BILL CLINTON JUST *********HAPPENED TO JUMP LYNCH IN PHOENIX.
**************what an unadulterated sick joke it all is.
Coincidence like the STINK from a pile of dog */*/ is coincidence.Calm down guys....just a coincidence....nothing to see here![]()
#### this. I am so sick to death of this ####.Coincidence like the STINK from a pile of dog */*/ is coincidence.
Is Loretta Lynch lying? Yes or no?You have go to be ####### kidding me.
Actually she probably isn't. But she should know better than to enter the Clinton world at all. That stink is hard to wash out.#### this. I am so sick to death of this ####.
Hey Saints. Loretta Lynch is a career public service with a long record of personal integrity. Over the past few days she has stated several times that she did not discuss the Hillary email investigation with Bill Clinton. Is she lying? Yes or no? If you think she's lying just come out and say it.
If she's not lying, then what the hell are you talking about? She says they talked about grandchildren. What "stink" is there, unless she is lying? Please explain.Actually she probably isn't. But she should know better than to enter the Clinton world at all. That stink is hard to wash out.
Probably not. But she is a complete moron to hold this secret meeting with Clinton. How can someone in her position be that stupid? Is Loretta Lynch lying? Yes or no?
All those in the bubble of Clintonhate expect the entire world to be on the same DefCon 5 freakout as they are. "Why would anyone so smart TALK to a Clinton."If she's not lying, then what the hell are you talking about? She says they talked about grandchildren. What "stink" is there, unless she is lying? Please explain.
Yes, I think she's lying. Did they discuss grandchildren and golf? Maybe. But I don't think for minute that was the purpose, or all, they talked about. Is Loretta Lynch lying? Yes or no?
Well at least you're open about it.Yes, I think she's lying. Did they discuss grandchildren and golf? Maybe. But I don't think for minute that was the purpose, or all, they talked about.
I think she's lying. There's no chance it didn't come up during their conversation.#### this. I am so sick to death of this ####.

This is so incredibly stupid - and please forgive me because I am usually as polite as all get out here:All those in the bubble of Clintonhate expect the entire world to be on the same DefCon 5 freakout as they are. "Why would anyone so smart TALK to a Clinton."![]()
Really, Hillary should watch out because I am sure the career FBI guys are pissed off about Bill's ambush of Lynch. The only one as pissed might be Hillary herself. You better watch out
So you think she's lying too. They didn't (just) talk about grandkids.
You should be sick of it, this is what the Clintons do.#### this. I am so sick to death of this ####.

^^^Has personally expressed boredom and purposeful ignorance of the subject he's discussing^^^I don't get it. Is there something new here?
Quote back her statements to me.So you think she's lying too. They didn't (just) talk about grandkids.
Neither has anything to do with my question.Quote back her statements to me.
Then admit that she did not disclose the meeting herself, and that only happened from being 1. found out despite the event being in a private hangar, and 2. the reporter raising it to her in the presser.
What she said has nothing to do with whether she lied?Neither has anything to do with my question.
You believe that Loretta Lynch, a longtime public servant who is known and respected throughout Washington for her personal integrity, lied in order to protect Bill and Hillary Clinton. I suggest this says a lot more about you, and anyone who agrees with you, than it does about Ms. Lynch or the Clintons.
Not discussing the meeting until a reporter asked her about it has nothing to do with whether or not she lied regarding the content of discussion during the meeting. What she said has nothing to do with whether she lied?
Depends what the definition of "is" is.So you think she's lying too.
not for nothing, but that's not how DefCon works....fyiAll those in the bubble of Clintonhate expect the entire world to be on the same DefCon 5 freakout as they are. "Why would anyone so smart TALK to a Clinton."![]()
No. She said it didn't come up. Not that it came up and she shut him down, but that it didn't come up.I believe Lynch on what they talked about. But I am sure Bill was trying to feel her out on the issue and was probably shut down.
Not discussing the meeting until a reporter asked her about it has nothing to do with whether or not she lied regarding the content of discussion during the meeting.
- Really thanks for the update.“I did see President Clinton at the Phoenix airport as he was leaving and spoke to myself and my husband on the plane.
True, I'm sure. Our conversation was a great deal about grandchildren,
Oh, great deal about the grandkids and primarily about travels. Sure, ok.it was primarily social about our travels
Sure, I believe that.he mentioned golf he played in Phoenix,
There was no discussion on any matter pending before the Department or any matter pending with any other body, there was no discussion of Benghazi, no discussion of State Department emails, by way of example I would say it was current news of the day, the Brexit decision and what it would mean.
Comes with defending the Clintons at every turn. They artfully walk the line, crossing in some places, not in others. They know exactly what they're doing. Your frustration seems to be that you don't know what they're doing so in an effort to "win" you defend at all costs. It has to be exhausting. Not sure what you get out of it honestly. This is an uphill climb both ways in 15 feet of snow and rather than use a standard level of "evidence" like everyone else, you use "indictment or nothing happened" as your standard effectively throwing another 100 lbs in your backpack while on the trek.#### this. I am so sick to death of this ####.
Absolutely, she's compromised herself. It's a shame. She should resign. I don't usually say stuff like that but she should. That presser today was a disaster too considering the DOJ immediately walked it back. What's unfortunate about this is that it appears that Loretta Lynch's reputation is going to be tarnished, not by anything she did wrong, not by any lies she told, but because the Clinton haters can't handle the fact that she's not going to be indicted and so feel the need to accuse everyone in sight of impropriety. It's sad and pathetic.
When you feel around on an issue you don't necessarily bring it up directly. Slick willy is pretty smooth and he knows how to test the waters.No. She said it didn't come up. Not that it came up and she shut him down, but that it didn't come up.
So is she lying? Yes or no?
I blame Bill more than her. She compromised the integrity of the investigation, admitted the error, and took herself out of the decision loop. IMHO, that shows integrity.SaintsInDome2006 said:Absolutely, she's compromised herself. It's a shame. She should resign. I don't usually say stuff like that but she should. See, you want to have your cake and eat it too. You want to be able to impugn Bill Clinton without impugning Loretta Lynch. That won't fly. Either there was no impropriety, no bad behavior here, or she is a liar.jon_mx said:When you feel around on an issue you don't necessarily bring it up directly. Why? As usual your logic is poor. Of course Lynch could be a victim of Bill's scheme to try to influence her. She just might have been a bit naive or too nice or just intimidated to say no to a former president of the US.See, you want to have your cake and eat it too. I always have to hand it to you for having excellent perspective (IMO).FWIW....I don't think this is a big deal for the two to meet. The cover up is worse than the crime IMO. I don't have a problem with Lynch talking to Bill. What's comical is they just "happen" to run into each other in a private hanger. That's the first thing. The second is, there is NO WAY Bill didn't bring it up....none. Did Lynch shut him down? I'd like to think so
End the end, this is just another example of poor judgment and lack of character by the Clintons. It doesn't matter if they discussed Hillary or not. It completely lacks in self awareness on Bill's part. Not much more to it than that.
ah shucks!I always have to hand it to you for having excellent perspective (IMO).
The Clinton's have balls, you have to give them that. They really don't care how bad a situation might appear, if they believe they will benefit from an action, they do it, as long as they have some legal grey area or loophole where they can get away with it.FWIW....I don't think this is a big deal for the two to meet. The interview is regarding the emails. So either they didn't discuss the emails or they did.SaintsInDome2006 said:Like hell it doesn't. People may have never learned of it, she did not even know that the reporter or anyone of it until that moment. That's mayeb teh most damning part about it.
As for her words:

True, I'm sure.
Oh, great deal about the grandkids and primarily about travels. Sure, ok.
Sure, I believe that.
They didn't discuss emails. Sure ok. The rest of the stuff doesn't matter.
Did they discuss the interview? She didn't say, but we both absolutely know they knew the interview was scheduled at that time, and she didn't say they did not discuss the interview.
And even if they didn't discuss the interview, Clinton establishing good will with Lynch - and her letting him try - was inappropriate.
Someone needs to take a deep breath.SaintsInDome2006 said:Absolutely, she's compromised herself. It's a shame. She should resign. I don't usually say stuff like that but she should. That presser today was a disaster too considering the DOJ immediately walked it back.
He's not the only one that thinks she should resign.Someone needs to take a deep breath.
