Exactly, perhaps even something crazy like she colluded with the DNC to stack the deck in her favor and besmirch an honorable man with integrity.I expect some completely bogus 11th hour accusation from his camp. A "sources say Hillary ###### Assad in college" type thing. A more aggressive not sayin', just sayin'.
She's the second-most disliked candidate since they started polling. Of course a stronger candidate would beat Trump. Even Hillary will probably end up winning comfortably, and she's terrible at this. But I believe that if Trump wins, then it really doesn't matter what Hillary might have done (and I absolutely reject the notion that another candidate could have beaten him.)
This VP is the signal that Hillary is going to play ball. In any other life Kaine is a Republican. This guy is one of the few that can give Hillary a run in the bought dept. I swear this would have been the Republican ticket when I was much younger.
Oh yeah and liberal Hillary? Yeah stake through that lie's heart.
Woah, pumped the brakes there Smoke.Exactly, perhaps even something crazy like she colluded with the DNC to stack the deck in her favor and besmirch an honorable man with integrity.
And that is with a good portion of the media giving her cover...her dislike is truly grassroots...She's the second-most disliked candidate since they started polling.
Tim I am making sense. Part of the reason we sit here with these horrible choices is the old lesser of two evils vote. Along with the establishment catering only to the donor class. So we get the Wall Street ticket of Clinton/Kaine, boy will the money flow now, and the angry white guy ticket of Trump/Pence. None of these people deserve to be President. They certainly don't deserve my vote and they aren't getting it.Good to hear from you. Maybe you can talk some sense into NC Commish? He's in a battleground state- it matters.
These are very convenient things to believe. Incorrect but convenient . If Trump wasn't the GOP candidate Hillary would be in massive trouble. The only thing Hillary has going for her is Trump. Her numbers are horrible. Again you and she should both be on your knees every night thanking whatever deity that someone like Kasich didn't get the nom.I switch between optimism and pessimism.
But I believe that if Trump wins, then it really doesn't matter what Hillary might have done (and I absolutely reject the notion that another candidate could have beaten him.)
This election is not about Hillary Clinton
There are two candidates running for President. If Hillary does not matter at all then maybe she should quit now. These are very convenient things to believe. Incorrect but convenient . If Trump wasn't the GOP candidate Hillary would be in massive trouble. The only thing Hillary has going for her is Trump. Her numbers are horrible. Actually I don't think it's Hillary's pitch, it's her modulation. She can have the subtlety of a 2x4. She's also physically stiff. (The Pokemon...go...to..the..POLLS thing is probably a good example thing is an example of where she hit all 3). it's just bad public speaking. But IMO Hillary had seemed more relaxed for the most part recently with a couple exceptions and I think the reason is that Trump has done the impossible which has given her a voice and given her a chance to be the 'good guy'.Tim you have criticized Hillary constantly for screaming in her speeches and not speaking in a normal voice, yet Trump was screaming during his entire harangue last night, yet you praised him on his delivery. (?).

If she holds the 2012 blue states and flips any of the 2012 red states you've listed, we're looking at a electoral college landslide. And VA doesn't matter, that is locked up, Hillary is going for NC, GA, AR, FL, & maybe a couple other Southern states (yes).
Yeah actually that's what I think is going to happen. The polls are looking tighter than I expected I'll admit but I think the fundamentals favor Hillary in a number of ways.If she holds the 2012 blue states and flips any of the 2012 red states you've listed, we're looking at a electoral college landslide.
Maybe her, not me. At this point I would gladly take Kasich, or Rubio, or even Ted Cruz. I would gladly take a Hillary loss so long as it meant Trump was not elected. For me it's all about beating Trump. I like Hillary, but she's secondary to protecting the Constitution. These are very convenient things to believe. Incorrect but convenient . Yes, NCC don't you see how you must heed Tim's fear mongering. It is the only way to combat Trump's fear mongering.Maybe her, not me. At this point I would gladly take Kasich, or Rubio, or even Ted Cruz. I would gladly take a Hillary loss so long as it meant Trump was not elected. For me it's all about beating Trump. IMO, what you're still not getting NC is that no matter how much you despise Hillary she is not a threat to the Constitution and this country. Trump is. I would vote for Bernie Madoff over Trump and feel morally justified in doing so. This is not a normal election.
She is a threat Tim. Her corruption is the antithesis of every ideal our liberty rests on. She is selling it to the highest bidder. She is perfectly happy to bring on oligarchy as long as she and Bill get theirs. She is a corrosive presence in our body politic.Maybe her, not me. At this point I would gladly take Kasich, or Rubio, or even Ted Cruz. I would gladly take a Hillary loss so long as it meant Trump was not elected. For me it's all about beating Trump. You don't have to take my word for it. Read the editorial from yesterday's Washington Post. Let them spell it out for you if you don't trust me.Yes, NCC don't you see how you must heed Tim's fear mongering. It is the only way to combat Trump's fear mongering.
List the ways Don will violate the constitution tim. And I hope you're not harping on just the religion thing, cause if you think he wins and something like that actually happens, well.....you're an idiot. He'd be impeached before he could finish his signature.Maybe her, not me. At this point I would gladly take Kasich, or Rubio, or even Ted Cruz. Even if I accepted your premise, we have had plenty of corrupt Presidents before. It's not optimal, but we've survived. Sometimes we have even thrived because despite the corruption the President turned out doing a good job.She is a threat Tim. Her corruption is the antithesis of every ideal our liberty rests on. She is selling it to the highest bidder. She is perfectly happy to bring on oligarchy as long as she and Bill get theirs. She is a corrosive presence in our body politic.
Please read this; it's far more eloquent than I could ever be:List the ways Don will violate the constitution tim. I'm not voting for Trump and I think he would be a big mistake. Ditto for Hillary. You don't have to take my word for it. Read the editorial from yesterday's Washington Post. Let them spell it out for you if you don't trust me.
Yes I am fear mongering. This guy deserves it. And he may very well win.
FBG or America? When Hillary becomes president, this place is going to be truly awful.
It'll be awesome. When Hillary becomes president, this place is going to be truly awful.
I guess you and I just have a different way of looking at things. The linked transcript in that piece is far more indicting than WaPo's opinion. Please read this; it's far more eloquent than I could ever be:

Sure, for the Clinton's, whoever they got money from and the truly rich. Everyone else...not so much. It'll be awesome.
i respect your posts where you demonstrate policy differences you have with Hillary. She is a threat Tim. Her corruption is the antithesis of every ideal our liberty rests on. She is selling it to the highest bidder. She is perfectly happy to bring on oligarchy as long as she and Bill get theirs. She is a corrosive presence in our body politic.
Why is she against it now? I know she has been for a while, but don't recall hearing the reasoning.Reports are that Hillary has explained her opposition to TPP to Tim Kaine and convinced him to change his mind on this issue; he is now against it.

Tim, you were one of the people (along with me) during the primaries arguing that Trump should get the GOP nomination even if he fell short of the delegates because no one else could come close.Maybe her, not me. At this point I would gladly take Kasich, or Rubio, or even Ted Cruz. I would gladly take a Hillary loss so long as it meant Trump was not elected. For me it's all about beating Trump. It's pathetic when you imply a person is the most vile person possible when they don't agree with you. Especially when it's one of your fellow liberals who don't fall in line like you do.i respect your posts where you demonstrate policy differences you have with Hillary.
This bitter, Rovian vitriol that could easily be found on a Redstate or Brietbart comments section? Not so much.
And then she will implement it as president - she just wants their story straight on the trail, as opposed to Trump & Pence.Reports are that Hillary has explained her opposition to TPP to Tim Kaine and convinced him to change his mind on this issue; he is now against it.
Let me help: she's lying about her position on the TPP.Hillary is wrong on TPP.
Trump is not Joe McCarthy but he is definitely much more of a pragmatist compared to Obama. Trump promises to fix problems quickly by giving lower priority to some ideals that people also support. Hillary supporters either do not agree those problems exist or that self preservation (aka national security) is more important. Trump targets people disatisfied with the status quo. It all comes down to whether Obama is right that things are "not really as bad as they seem".Even if I accepted your premise, we have had plenty of corrupt Presidents before. It's not optimal, but we've survived. Sometimes we have even thrived because despite the corruption the President turned out doing a good job.
We have never had a President like Donald Trump. Never. The closest thing we have ever had in American politics to Trump is Joe McCarthy, and he didn't get near the presidency. I am telling you this is an existential threat to our country.
Why would he go against her views?Reports are that Hillary has explained her opposition to TPP to Tim Kaine and convinced him to change his mind on this issue; he is now against it.

The smiley is about that even I have to laugh at the transparency of this political move.I thought you were pro-TPP? Or is that what the smiley is about?
Because he doesn't want to get whacked like the Morrie in Goodfellas...Why would he go against her views?
exactly.. Hillary made sure she found a yes man who will look the other way when needed.. ethical people with self esteem need not applyWhy would he go against her views?

Says every VP candidate since the beginning of the USAexactly.. Hillary made sure she found a yes man who will look the other way when needed.. ethical people with self esteem need not apply
Just a reminder, being able to clearly see through her lies and deception isn't the transparency people are hoping for.The smiley is about that even I have to laugh at the transparency of this political move.
Did you even think before you wrote that? Hillary already compromised this country many times.Maybe her, not me. At this point I would gladly take Kasich, or Rubio, or even Ted Cruz. I would gladly take a Hillary loss so long as it meant Trump was not elected. For me it's all about beating Trump. I like Hillary, but she's secondary to protecting the Constitution.
