That dopey daughter of his was hawking her "RNC Dress" that she designed and for sale now at macys.com... what a tacky family... they make the Clintons look reasonableI'm starting to see a pattern with the people that Trump has surrounded himself with.
He's saying why do VPs get their party's pres nomination so often after their VP stint.I am not sure what you are trying to say.

Is it wrong for Americans to expect as much benefits as illegals?About 40% of Hispanics in California used to vote Republican. Then came 1994- Pere Wilson and Prop 187. Ever since only 15-20% of Hispanics voted Republican. There's your difference.
Trump is doing for the whole country what Wilson did for California, except even more so.
Mass immigration. I posted a study before that showed that 3rd generation Americans are much more likely to vote republican than 1st and 2nd generation Americans. The problem is the Latino population in California is still mostly 1st and 2nd generation. As the Latino population ages, it will move to the right. California will become more republican friendly in decades to come.We used to be a red state. Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan. What do you think changed?
On the role of government, Latino immigrants say by a five-to-one ratio that the government should do more to solve the country’s problems — the more liberal view — while Latinos born to parents born in the U.S. (i.e. “third-generation” and beyond) split evenly on the question.
* Romney takes 35 percent of the vote from these third-generation-and-beyond Latinos, versus 18 percent among immigrants
Actually the percentage of 1st and 2nd generation Americans as a share of Latino Californians has grown since the 1990s. Ahhh, visibility, already part of the system,if the current President is popular, he/she can ride on their coattails. He's saying why do VPs get their party's pres nomination so often after their VP stint.
Its trolling....yet againAnd what are you basing this on? Or are you just trolling? If you're trolling, then well played, I took that bait.![]()
I just don't think that Tim Kaine is going to do it.
I don't think she should pick someone like Tim Kaine.
Kaine, like Pence, is a dull choice. Let's get some excitement and passion going.
I get the thinking, but Kaine just seems so dull to me.
Normally Kaine is exactly the kind of Dem I like and I would love to see him in an important role.
But winning this election is too important
I don't get the Kaine love either.

That is what California tried in the 90's with Prop. 187...The state rejected the Republicans and has been Democrat ever sinceTo turn California republican, the answer is simple: tougher immigration laws. Cut down on the number of 1st and 2nd generation Americans in California, and California turns republican. Simple. And Trump knows that and is making immigration a big issue.
After this Trump debacle, you're going to need to kick that up a few generations. The gop should start reaping the benefits in about 40 years.Mass immigration. So? They can just try again. Might work today with terrorism and shootings on everyone's mind. That is what California tried in the 90's with Prop. 187...The state rejected the Republicans and has been Democrat ever since
Examining new information and reshaping your opinion is something very foreign to conservatives.Hey Norville, I've heard him interviewed and I wasn't impressed. I never heard him give a speech. I changed my mind.
You do realize that both the Senate and the House are very solid Democrat and a Democrat as GovernorSo? They can just try again. Might work today with terrorism and shootings on everyone's mind.

I do agree with this post. And I love that he spoke Spanish. The convention next week is going to be filled with Latinos, Blacks, and Asians. And they're going to be young. This the new America, compared to what we saw last week, which was old and 99% white.
Well, aside from the fact that the Democratic party is 80% non-immigrant white or black, this is spot-on analysis.Democrats are the party of second generation immigrants, those who haven't yet assimilated (but their children will).
Trump could actually win those and still lose if Hillary takes Ohio and Pennsylvania.Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida= game over.
Tim should cut the guy some slack. If Hillary wins like he hopes, Kaine will be one blood clot away from the Presidency.Posted 31 minutes ago · Report post

I always knew that Rubio was ahead of his time.I agree that trends in changing demographics will make it very tough for the Republicans in future elections, unless robotics have the right to vote.
Actually I agree.Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida= game over.
I don't like her chances in Florida. 2 of the last 3 polls have had Trump in the lead and she's up by a fraction of a point in the average. Figure in that the GOP controls the machinery and I think Trump takes the state.Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida= game over.
True that may be a better point.Might have split the centrist vote and given it to Sanders. But he'd certainly be a mortal lock with significant coattails against Trump.
Ohio, where he just said he would primary Kasich, real bright guy Donald is.Trump could actually win those and still lose if Hillary takes Ohio and Pennsylvania.
So I assume Kasich is not going to lend Donald a hand with the ground game there now.Ohio, where he just said he would primary Kasich, real bright guy Donald is.
Getting real tiresome dumping on people who have fought wars, worked hard and contributed a ton to their country...why is being able to live in your basement and tweet and get participation trophies or having been in the country for a short period of time make one better than someone who is old and white or any other color or ethnicity? That is the message I get from your post...whether it is a dem or repub one group should not take precedent over another...that is divisive...And I love that he spoke Spanish. Update: Politico reporter gets DNC approval on his articles before his own editors see it. And you think back channel coordination between reports and campaigns isn't normal?

I found some statistics on who votes which way.Well, aside from the fact that the Democratic party is 80% non-immigrant white or black, this is spot-on analysis.
Donald Trump to bankroll Super PAC aimed at ousting Ted Cruz and John KasichSo I assume Kasich is not going to lend Donald a hand with the ground game there now.
I don't really know what you are referring to here, but agreeing to share an advance copy is not the same as asking for approval.Which is exactly what was denied to be the case.
Times they are a changing my friend.Getting real tiresome dumping on people who have fought wars, worked hard and contributed a ton to their country...why is being able to live in your basement and tweet and get participation trophies or having been in the country for a short period of time make one better than someone who is old and white or any other color or ethnicity? Apparently Trump meant it when he warned them there would be consequences.
Scho divides everything into race, etc. That's what he does best.Getting real tiresome dumping on people who have fought wars, worked hard and contributed a ton to their country...why is being able to live in your basement and tweet and get participation trophies or having been in the country for a short period of time make one better than someone who is old and white or any other color or ethnicity? And people really want him in charge of the military and nukes??
All politics are demographically based these days. As time goes on, the percentage of whites voting republican will increase. The demographic shift already makes that a losing formula for the party. At some point something will occur to cause another ethnic group to splinter from the dems would be my guess as some group decides that they are the low man on the totem pole on the left. That's just an opinion though as to what might bring back equilibrium. I don't see equilibrium coming from having races vote 60-40 each in one way or the other, it's more likely to come from it being 90/10 or 95/5 and having another group come to the right to create that equilibrium. It's not pretty but it's what we have today.Getting real tiresome dumping on people who have fought wars, worked hard and contributed a ton to their country...why is being able to live in your basement and tweet or having been in the country for a short period of time make one better than someone who is old and white or any other color or ethnicity?
Now you understand what Ivanka means by "not wanting to be part of the future"?And people really want him in charge of the military and nukes??
Alright, if someone was arguing that campaigns never get advance copies of stuff from media outlets then I disagree. I think it happens all the time.Agreeing to share advance copy is exactly what was denied to have ever occurred in the discussion from early June, when it appeared Hillary's campaign saw an AP tweet before it went live. The Hillary defenders on here said this "conspiracy theory" was a joke. Now I can show it happens. That's what I'm referring to.
