That was a masterwork of officiating by the crew chief. Knew it was a BS flag, but couldn't order the HL to pick it up. So he said that the flag was legit, but that it occurred as a dead ball foul.

Would have been so unjust to give Seattle 3 points for that flag.

I thought it was a weak call but it seemed like he shoved him into the down marker, that could have been a coincidence but it looked a little worse than it was. Also the refs don't want these teams to get into an all out street brawl, I think that is hindering the Seahawks at the moment and the running game. Neither team really being able to enforce the nasty.

I noticed the same thing, he's not heavy though that I can remember, Carroll looks a little thick, maybe the TV is off or something. The OL/DL doesn't look like they missed a meal on the way to the game either.

They have a pass catching TE. Zach Miller. Averaged 60 catches a season in Oakland with no QB. Pete Carroll doesn't know how to use the TE.
