a couple of thoughts....1) My first question the the guy at the Nintendo display at our mall - How much for a second controller (like the first one) You can't buy them. See I have two daughters close to age. One "fancy" controller won't work unless you want WW3.2) I like that it's just as powerful as a xbox or 360 - but why on God's green earth do I want to pay $300+ for 6 year old technology? 3) It seems to me that it's a portable gaming system that isn't all that portable. I was going to buy one but I can't find one reason to do so.
1. There are 0 games that use two of those controllers. It is useless to have a second at this point because, as of right now, only one is usable at a time. They do have the capability of having two going at once, but there aren't any games that take advantage of that (yet). In Japan you can buy them (they're region-locked), but they have games that do things with two of them at once.2. Its more powerful. No one is sure how much more powerful, though (estimates are 33-50% more powerful). Beyond that, XBox360 and PS3s are still similarly priced (4 GB XBox 360 is $200, the cheapest PS3 that Game Stop sells is $260 (but its a bundle, so let's say $200)). WiiU basic is $300.3. It isn't portable. There are certain features that can be done with only the Game Pad (Imagine hooking up your XBox/PS3 to an iPad/tablet), but not everything. Not saying that you "have to buy one!!" or anything, but just figured I'd just answer these questions.
