$#*!
So lame. I'm contemplating starting a FB group along the lines of "Phish Fans for Dedicated West Cost Tour in 2011"Though truth be told, they could do some west coast only Nov - Dec dates (doubtful, I know)
rumor mill has them doing a midwest tour in Nov-Dec including texas then back to NY for NYE. and for the record this same rumor mill more or less nailed the october dates, so . . . phish has never shown a lot of love the left coast.
:link: a quick return to tx would thrill me, even though it makes little sense

sorry, the rumors come from my "sources" and they would not appreciated being linked. that being said, i doubt the texas stuff too. I am thinking St. Louis will be about as close as they get.

Patiently awaiting word on the lottery results.....
Anytime between now and the 9th, is that right? I totally dropped the ball and only requested 1 Halloween ticket. Complete brainfart.
Yeah...but at least you probably have a good shot at getting 1 for the Halloween show? Although, I really have no clue how they choose any of it....but one ticket has to be a lot easier then 2.

When does the public sale happen? I'm setting up all my computers.

I know it's Friday, I'm not sure of the time yet.

Well I just got my email....didn't get any of the three shows I put in for. Bummer....
Going back to Hampton of last year I have been shut out of every show. There simply has to be a better way.
A buddy of mine got 2 to the Friday, Saturday A/C shows....but I told him the same thing, there has to be a better way. It sucks getting shut out....I am going to try to get at least the Halloween show on the public sale.

Got Halloween and the 29th. Two seats to both Umass shows and two seats to the Maine shows. Didn't get any of the Colorado shows...figures.

same boat--we got Saturday night but not Sunday (Halloween) night. i am not looking forward to the Ticketmaster fiasco that will surely drive my blood pressure through the roof tomorrow as i struggle to land two Halloween tickets.

For whatever reason there are a ton of tix left for Charleston. not sure why because outside of Halloween I think this is where they blow the roof off.

I went to that venue, the North charleston Coliseum, the last time Phish played there and the scene was terrible. They had every kind of police officer the state has I think. Plain clothes detectives, undercover cops, blue uniforms, sheriffs, K-9 units and more. When you pulled into your parking space a cop would sneak up to the drivers side door and crouch waiting for you to open the door. If you had a bowl or a bag when you opened your door you were arrested. If you had an open container you were ticketed and your vehicle was searched. They were arresting people for selling beer in the parking lot. My friend that drove us all the way from Birmingham, AL was kicked out of the show just as it started because they busted a group of folks smoking a joint in the seats. He was given a choice, leave without a fuss or spend the night in jail.Clearly the local authorities did not make the Phish fans welcome. I have no idea if poeple living in the area remember that scene, but I suspect there simply aren't a lot of Phish fans living in the area.

i walked through ticketmaster hell and came out the other side with a pair of GA floor seats! this will be my first halloween show--hope you all score a ticket, too!

So what's the deal here? Who has what? I still need a ticket for the middle night in Broomfield. I just arranged a trade for the last night in Broomfield and the Four Mile Revival with Phish and SCI for my Halloween ticket. Then I traded two Umass tickets for the first night of Broomfield. That leaves me with 2 more Umass tickets, a ticket for 10/29 in AC and a ticket for Augusta Maine. Doesn't look like I'll be going east.

New Year's NYC Run.....

I guess I'm lucky - I wound up with 4 tickets for Thursday Night and 4 tickets saturday night... All "upstairs"....Nothing for NYE Friday Night.

But, hey, maybe I'll do something with the family and be the hero.. OR, maybe I can trade some other tickets for NYE?

Congrats!!!!I'll never forget, back in the day I was on ticketbastard and score 4th row center for Albany... I'm literally bouncing around the room.... And then my computer locks up and I'm in panic mode. Clears up and the tickets are gone. But, no worry I get right back in and score 20th row - Not bad, not what I had but, maybe I can move up - Then, LOCK UP again.... I was ready to smash the computer. In the end I wound up in the 200 section somewhere.

yeah, but, you never miss a show, I have no doubt you'll be at every show and at least 50-100 rows in front of me. ;)I'll let you know if anyone on my side bails on some of these tix.

Thanks bud, it's appreciated. No Atlantic City for me for Halloween. I hope to get to 1 or 2 of the New Years shows. I'll try my hardest on ticketmaster.

Heading up to Broomfield in about an hour for the Four Mile Revival - Phish, SCI, Yonder. Hope I don't have to lay any hippies out tonight.

Whats the consensus of this? Straight no jamming? rusty? Whats the word?
Festival set - for a crowd that might be uninitiated. The best moment by far was Cities with Austin skyline in background - most of us have adopted Austin as a hometown so "find a city, find yourself a city to live in" was an anthemic moment.

High energy set, very Treycentric, lots of rockers - Chalkdust, Rock n Roll, and Light all had great energy, 2001 and Harry Hood were hurt by the TreyDHD when he cut off jams - nothing really stretched out and grooved, a bit of rust too, typical for a show opener. Honestly, nothing too special here, except all of us Austinites got our first Phish set here in 11 years, and with the setting of ACL, that meant a lot of our good friends were there with us.

Good stuff Bloom. Doesn't need to be special set with the first show somewhere in 11 freakin years. ....that alone makes it special. The crowd must have been pretty pumped up throughout....

If anyone has an extra for 12/30 or 12/31 NYE I would be interested. Looking online now for them and people are looking for like $250....jeez.....

Who's going tonight? They ripped it last night. Not the greatest song selection but they ripped it anyhow.

Chalkdust

Ocelot

It's Ice (sick)

Bouncing

Funky ##### (ripped it)

AC/DC Bag (ripper)

NICU (pretty sick)

Moma Dance

Horn

Stash

Golgi (they went nuts)

Mikes>

Simple>

Ghost>

Weekapaug Groove (killer beginning to the set)

Fee

Makisupa>

My Problem Right Here> (New Song?)

Makisupa

Slave (ripper)

Strange Design

Julius (absolutely ripped it)

Encore:

Loving Cup (Also went off)

So, is it going to be Genesis on Halloween?
That is the rumor.
Those types of rumors never seem to come true. I doubt that people will know until they get the phishbill.I saw Phish on Sat nite in Charleston and I can honestly say that is the tightest I have ever heard them. I have seen over 50 shows and Sat night was just sick. Not saying it was the best show but definitely the tightest.
