Once he agreed to do the stuff with Mae Young, the Tranny, and the whole Sexual Chocolate era, this should have been etched in stone.
Yup. Could you imagine if anyone actually ever agreed to Vince's incest angle? They'd have a damn statue outside Stamford.

The Ultimate Deletion is everything I've wanted out of pro wrestling these past couple years. Has me popping like I'm in middle school.

Hardy/Bray stuff was better than having everything in the ring, Plus it had storytelling during it. Wasn't as good as the TNA stuff IMO but still better than most of that is shown on Raw every week. Now bring on Husky Harris.... :excited:  The product overall would be so much better overall even if they did more out of the arena stuff (or even backstage stuff...just not always with that same stupid backstage set).

I'll guess Taker comes back at Mania as the American Badass. If they're smart, they don't have Taker appear before Mania. Mania sells itself. Kid Rock will already be in the house to do the theme there. Not to mention that'd tie in Taker leaving his hat/gloves in the ring last year. Have Cena do similar segment the next few weeks to no response to Taker. You can blow the next couple weeks on Cena/Kane. Have Cena come out at Mania not expecting to work during an ring segment (give him popcorn, whatever).... then have Taker appear.

I’m new to the broken stuff. I never watched in depth in tna. So I know who Benjamin and Rebecca were but wish there was more time in prior weeks developing them. So last night was a C In terms of how it worked for me but an A+ for effort and hope they keep at it and keep trying. It’s got some potential and was far more compelling than any other main event they could have put on last night. I usually dvr and skim but that was one I made a point to watch live and I’m glad I’m did even if it wasn’t a total home run. Moments like that, a little break, a freshen up, will only help the main product

If they keep with Borash and continue filming clips for Raw it will be too good to be true.

I've been thinking the same thing.  Kid Rock is almost a give away.  Personally, I never cared much for the ABAss character.  I hope he doesn't make his last appearance as that.  If he comes down to Kid Rock's theme, on the bike and all, that would be cool.  But I would hope he would mix in the Taker character at some point in the show.  Maybe have ABA kick Cena around for awhile then have Cena take control and when everyone thinks Cena is about to win, have the lights go out, start Taker's bells.  Then have big Mark sit up after the lights come up, donning Taker's hat and gloves... then beat Cena down and pin him with the Tombstone.  The Undertaker is always who he'll be.

Cena doesn't mind losing to put over new talent or legends like the Rock.  And he will still be around to have his curtain call.  But I'd like to see this being Taker's last match and who better on this current roster to beat than John Cena?  Let Taker go out a winner and then put him in the HOF.  Just my opinion.

Like @Craig_MiamiFL said, it wasn't as good as what TNA did, but I'll give VKM credit for trying this. WWE-only fans probably will not appreciate it, but IMO the hardcore fan will love this. This is what the Wyatt - Hardy feud SHOULD have been, more psychological then physical. Two mentally off-kilter gimmicks like those two deserved a better program than that typical crap stew VKM feeds us. He thinks outside the box, but not in good ways like this (I'm looking at you, Katie Vick.)

Hate this Taker/Cena thing now with some extra Kane. I really have minimal interest in watching a buildup of a match (or even the match itself) with a 40 year old and two 50 year olds.

Smackdown in Dallas tonight too. Knew I should have grabbed some tickets and made plans to go.

Bryan vs. Shane at WM?

Finals of the New Japan Cup were outstanding. While it wasn't as flashy, it may have been as good or better than Almas/Gargano or Omega/Jericho were.

So are we guessing Braun's partner is going to be Elias and Braun is going to just beat down all three people?

Or just trot out Slater in his I Got Kids shirt and watch him get knocked around again. That would be completely satisfying in a perverse way.

Braun can bring out a surprise for a partner as a bonus crowd pop. I think Cass is due back soon? Samoa Joe, but he's too much of a loner. Heck, Ellsworth would get a nice pop...but I'll go with an NXT call up...Johnny Wrestling, come on down.

My choice would be someone on the lower who could take the inevitable pin (either at WM or later) but still be capable of bringing something entertaining to the equation and someone Braun would be truly ambivalent towards, at least initially.  So while I don't expect it, I'd love it to be...(deep inhale)... Goldust

When is Ambrose back? He had basically the same three moth injury that Strowman had, even though Ambrose's initial timeline was given as 9 months. I liked the thought of reuniting with Bray Wyatt, but the Hardy storyline appears to still be ongoing.

Big Show/Kane are the absolute worst ideas.

Blame that on the horrible Brooklyn gimmick. And coming out to the same mic intro each time. Let's be honest here, they were trying to invoke the New Age Outlaws.
When they were sort of on top of the world and Enzo got a concussion and they sent Cass out alone for the 1st time. Brutal

I got one word to describe him and I'm going to spell it out for you.   D U M M!

Sounded a lot like Lenny from Mice and Men

rooting hard for elsworth here or with a Nia Jax money in the bank cash in

Braun is so impressive and rounded as a performer in some many regards.  But what this kind of reminds me of, is that early era Austin where he was the uber loaner and had to deal with some "forced" tag team partners which brought out a great additional dimension to Austin, particularly when he teamed with Dude Love.  I don't know if there's anyone like that where they can both get the rub up.  Els may be the closest choice

Austin and Dude Love were a legendary tag team. Won the belts DL's 1st ever match

The Hulkster **MAY** be back in WWE soon.

There's no word yet on what kind of role Hogan may come back for but there's speculation on an authority role for SmackDown now that Shane McMahon took an "indefinite leave of absence" from his SmackDown Commissioner duties and current blue brand General Manager Daniel Bryan has been cleared to perform as an in-ring talent once again. PWInsider also noted that Hogan could be coming back just to resume his role as a WWE Ambassador, not necessarily as an on-air performer.
