Dude is already the best talker....but he looks like a 170 lb 44 year old with grey in his beard.

I predict this goes poorly.  He's going to end up feuding with :check'snotes: 65 year old Sting.  C'mon man.

I guess this shows how detached I am from pro wrestling the last 5+ years, but is Sting wrestling again? I thought he was all but done after that match with Rollins where he hurt his neck.

He is back as a special attraction, giving the rub to Darby Allin, a tough-as-nails skateboarder portrayed as a darker in tone Jeff Hardy. Which is funny because Jeff Hardy is a bit of a lighter in tone, high-flying Sting.

Sting has done quite a few altercations and I think 3 tag matches? Darby was already poised for stardom within the AEW fanbase and I really feel like Sting is pushing him over the top.

Gotcha.  I do not think I know who Darby Allin is, but I may have to tune in to AEW now a little bit.

I wouldn't expect you to, he's really only been around in the LA indie scene and then with AEW.

I think he's their first real homegrown success, on the verge of stardom within the fanbase. (He's already there for me!)

After that pop last night from the crowd, AEW would be crazy not to Punk against Omega asap.
Omega beats Christian at All Out, but Tony Khan sends the fans home happy with CM Punk in the main event.

Cue Omega being mad over his main event spot being bumped, bada bing bada boom we got ourselves a program.

I think 2nd biggest pop I've ever heard after Stone Cold helping Mick win the title.
Road Warrior pop just about anywhere

HHH returns to MSG pop

Stone Cold helps Mick Foley

CMP last night

Any of those will raise goosebumps.

Djax's homie SRS trying to convince people it'll be a year til Punks in world title picture.

Yeah GLWT. FN Christians already in the title picture and has done next to nothing memorable nor is at Punks level

Bray Wyatt also reportedly headed to A&W. Still stunning WWE actually let him go as a top merch guy.

I've heard people say Fiend ran its course. I disagree. WWE just didn't have the creative for it and ignored Bray's input. It actually lasted unde 2 years and considering he was off TV quite a bit of that. Some version of it could very well be a lifetime gimmick.

I do wonder how he'll fit in a rasslin promotion like A&W after seeing Hardy flop there but I wouldn't bet against Bray

I don't hate the guy that I wish death on him but he and fightful are such marks. SRS says he doesn't want to be one of the guys, but all my wrestling buddies involved tell me he's a huge mark who tries to think he's one of the guys, all while trying to play coy on social media and all. I then went after him for wrong info on a article which he said wasn't his that he wrote. I told him yes it wasn't his actual article but the article is on your site and you do approve the articles but your info is wrong (Which ended up a week later being confirmed as wrong btw) and the dude blocked me for it.

He's only popular for the fact he's more right then wrong most times but the dude needs to stop acting like he doesn't want to be part of the guys. If he just admitted to that among being a huge D-Bag at times I'd be cool with it. But everyone knows he won't admit to any of it. Most of the guys I know say he's like that annoying little dog who keeps yapping and you want to punt 60 yards to shut up.

Rotunda's are good family friends with the Rhoads so I'm not surprised. Also Undertaker was helping with The Fiend Gimmick and Bray too

After last nights Debut of Punk I have a good majority of my Friends now saying F WWE they are now "ALL IN" (Pun intended) with AEW. Other set is more of once Bryan Danielson comes they are done with WWE. Wouldn't be shocked if AEW keeps this rolling by Christmas they are close between 1.5M--2M in the TV ratings and getting more viewership then WWE. If AEW wants to get really cheeky eventually they'd move Dynamite to Monday Nights at 8PM and go head to head with RAW.

I think the best part about last night considering I'm a Jordan and Bulls fan, was Punk gave the same press release with the simple "Im Back" as when MJ came back after his first retirement

Did we all forget the pop Edge got at the Rumble already?

CM Punk last night was awesome.

Anyone else feel Vince panicked and rushed Becky back tonight to counter Punk?

While I loved seeing Becky back, what happened to Belair was a tragedy. She deserved far better.

The thing is it doesn't matter.

Theres no one WWE can bring in to combat Punk. Only options they have are a couple of performers that'll be gone very soon (Cena/Rock/Lesnar). Punks not of their celeb status....but unlike them he'll be an ongoing figure on their product/TV

I'm not an avid A&W fan but IMO WWEs ####ed with A&W getting Punk/Bryan/Bray. Outside of Reigns, WWE doesn't have anyone of their status IMO on their weekly TV.

Edit: I do think AEWs roster is bloated as #### with ex-WWE midcarders.
