MJF/Cole storyline isn't as good as the Bloodline and it's not really close. Well peak Bloodline at least, because even I will admit current Bloodline story is starting to lose it's way a bit. Anyway, that's all subjective anyway.

Hats off to the Bucks for doing what's right for business and taking the L. I honestly thought there was no way they would do it. I was wrong. I missed a lot of the show, wish I would have caught the Golden Guns match. I know I keep saying it but Juice is the most entertaining thing going in AEW right now.

It will be interesting to see what falls out of the Punk/Perry dust up. Conflicting stories right now, but even I don't think Punk is innocent in all of this. One thing I think we can all agree on though is that TK needs to get control of his locker room.

Folks this is why you need to listen to your DRs instructions

TMZ reports that Bray Wyatt was not wearing a heart defibrillator that doctors told him he needed to wear, after discovering a heart defect earlier this year at the time he fatally went into cardiac arrest last Thursday.

Per Brian Alvarez belief in lockerroom is AEW has suspended both Punk and Perry upon further investigation and both will miss All out

In the aftermath of the incident between C.M. Punk and Jack Perry last night, Punk, in the heat of the moment, was threatening to quit AEW over his frustration with everything that happened.

An AEW source close to management believes Jack Perry, in this situation, will end up with more of the blame than CM Punk because he initiated the situation with his comments live during his match

PWInisder: The expectation backstage is that when Mercedes Mone is cleared, she will be coming in for appearances and likely would have debuted at the TD Garden Blood and Guts episode of Dynamite in her hometown of Boston, MA had she not gotten injured wrestling for New Japan Pro Wrestling just prior to that.

According to a report by Nick Hausman, when CM Punk arrived in London, nobody representing AEW was present at the airport to help escort him to his hotel.

Punk was given a number to a car service, but when he texted, the message bounced back as undeliverable.

After not being able to contact any higher ups within the company, Punk decided to take a train to his hotel, but in the process, got lost for several hours and had to rely fans to finally get him to where he needed to be.

Khan is in a tough spot. Punk's presence helped Collision become a thing, and how does that work if he is gone? And get ready for the Chicago wrestling fans to make the PPV next week a fiasco if/when Punk isn't there because he is suspended.

AEW's travel coordinator was a buddy of the Young Bucks. He has now been relieved of his duties  He liked anti-Punk tweet yesterday and many in the past. The guy removed the Young Bucks header off his Twitter profile yesterday as well. Along with this his "AEW Travel Coordinator" role off his Twitter profile. Hopefully they hire a grown up -- and not one of the Young Bucks buddies -- for the role in the future.

How professional.

TMZ has more on the death of Bray Wyatt. He was hospitalized a week earlier for a heart issue. The morning of his death, he was advised to continue wearing his external heart defibrillator, which is designed to treat sudden cardiac arrest. He later went to take a nap and never woke up. Police later found the defibrillator in his car. Unbelievably sad.

During the All In media scrum, TK considered AEW's arrival to Latin America!!

"South America is a big market that we would like to visit. We’re only entering our fifth year, and we’ve made successful stops in Europe and Canada. We want to explore more major markets, and Chile is one we'd like to go to. We've been asked about Mexico and Puerto Rico before, and I think we could make a good first impression there."

It's not nice to bully people based on their wrestling opinions, even if they are wrong.

It's a joke of shorts and this guy **** talks behind everyones back. He's a two face loser who's more concerned about his drug dealer then spending time with his kids and grandkids. I'm not one to bully but this guy constantly uses some off color llanguage towards me if we were in an office setting he'd be long gone already

On May 16, 2017, a fan asked Dave Meltzer if ROH could sell out an arena with 10,000 + fans.

His response: "Not any time soon."

Cody Rhodes would tweet, "I'll take that bet, Dave."

On September 1, 2018, 'All In' became the first non-WWE or World Championship Wrestling-promoted professional wrestling event in the United States to sell 10,000 tickets since 1993. In fact, the event sold out in less than 30 minutes with only one match announced on the show at the time of pre-sale.

Dave Meltzer later said that he was happy losing the bet.

In December 2018, Cody and The Young Bucks left ROH to help launch a new wrestling promotion.

On January 1, 2019, All Elite Wrestling was officially announced, with Tony Khan serving as President and CEO.

The rest, as they say, is history.

Punk has heat with Samoa Joe as a Joe was mad Punk almost cost him a match at Wembley

Bryan Alvarez says the fight was close enough to Tony Khan in Gorilla that MONITORS FELL ON TONY. Lots of witnesses. Joe broke the fight up.

Joe was pissed because he wanted to wrestle at Wembley so they got things together and we got the Punk/Joe match first, as we saw.

Punk picking fights with everyone. Soft as baby poo

Bryan Alvarez says there was apparently a SECOND NEAR INCIDENT when Punk came back through the curtain where Miro confronted Punk and asked him about what happened with Perry, and Punk asked him if he had a problem with him now and if he wanted to step outside.

Good lord. :ROFLMAO:

Sloppy shop.

Good go away you cancer

CM Punk confronted Tony Khan backstage in his locker room at “All In” in a very heated verbal argument.

According to three sources, Punk allegedly told Khan he quit and chewed out Tony with very harsh phrasing.

Per Brian Alvarez

The Punk/Perry skirmish

Shortly after the Punk vs. Samoa Joe match to kick off the pay-per-view, a story emerged that Punk and Perry had got into some altercation backstage prior to Punk going out for his match. Perry had already wrestled on the pre-show match against Hook and made a comment about "real glass. Cry me a river." to the camera during the match when they were fighting on and around a car.

The comment was a reference to a story that emerged recently about a spot Perry wanted to do with real glass on Collision that Punk nixed for several reported reasons.

Alvarez said it was described to him that Perry was backstage Sunday having cuts worked on following getting dropped on the car's windshield during the match when Punk walked over to him and asked if Perry had a problem with him.

Perry said something to the effect of "Well, you heard what I said out there." According to several people, Punk said something to the effect of, "You know I can beat your ***, right?" There was a quick incident and nearly 100% of people Alvarez spoke with say Punk made the comment and either shoved or pie-faced Perry and then put him in a guillotine headlock.

It was immediately broken up soon after. They got close enough to Tony Khan, who was in the gorilla position, that monitors were apparently knocked down onto Khan. Alvarez said that unlike the brawl following All Out, there were a lot of witnesses to this all happening including Khan himself.

Alvarez said that Punk was furious about the situation and several people said he threatened to quit and didn't want to go out for his match against Samoa Joe which caused a delay. Alvarez said he heard that resulted in AEW personnel going to FTR and The Young Bucks about opening the show, but they weren't ready to do so. AEW went to the participants in The Golden Elite vs. Bullet Club Gold/Konosuke Takeshita trios bout and they said they could do it if needed.

Alvarez said he was told Joe was furious and apparently talked Punk into doing the match.

Miro

Afterward, there was apparently another near-incident when Punk came through the curtain. Miro went up to Punk and asked about what happened with Perry. Punk then asked if he had a problem with him now which resulted in an argument. Punk asked if Miro wanted to step outside, but the situation didn't escalate into anything and Punk headed to the trainer's room. After the report Tuesday, both Nick Hausman and PWInsider had denials that altercation happened.

All Out status

Per Dave Meltzer, Punk and Perry are suspended pending the results of an investigation into the matter. It's possible both men will work Sunday's All Out if the investigation is cleared by then, but Alvarez was told yesterday from the Warner Bros. Discovery side that they were told Punk was indeed suspended and off Sunday's pay-per-view.

Alvarez said that most people think Punk will be back in AEW, but there are a handful of those who think he's done and has had enough. It isn't clear how the situation will play out.

The Collision glass spot

Regarding the aforementioned glass spot, Alvarez said that according to Perry's side of things, it was approved by AEW while he was at a Dynamite episode to the point he rented a car for the spot. According to Perry's side, Punk said no because of Perry's friendship with the Young Bucks.

Alvarez said the argument about the glass spot was known within the company for weeks prior to when it first came out. Alvarez again told the story he had heard about Perry having a vacation planned and that he wasn't trying to get out of working the next week as had been reported was the feeling from Punk.

London travel woes

A story emerged on Monday that Punk found himself with no AEW-provided transportation when he arrived in London on Saturday morning and that when he called a driver that was supposed to be there, the number didn't work.

He eventually took the Tube (train) and had to get the assistance of some fans to find where he was going which was supported by some pictures that found their way to Reddit.

Alvarez said there are two versions to this story as well. One is that Punk arrived and couldn't get ahold of anyone and decided to take the train. The other version is that he did get in touch with someone and either they asked or he offered to take the train. He was fine with it and then once he was on the train, he got lost."

It's unknown why he didn't take a cab or an Uber, but Alvarez noted it was difficult for most people, including himself, to get an Uber during the weekend.

Nick Jackson put up a cool IG post thanking all the talent and giving them their flowers for an awesome show Sunday. He personally made a post for each taken with a few positive words

Bischoff hits the nail on the head as usual.

The only thing that's being talked about is what happened backstage with their only star and nothing that happened in the ring
Eric Bischoff believes AEW All In was ultimately an indie show on steroids:

"This did not have a WrestleMania feel to me at all. WrestleMania feels like a WrestleMania, just like—I’m not going to make a comparison because it will p*** people off. WrestleMania, you know you’re watching a WrestleMania from the moment that show opens till the moment it closes, you know you’re watching something special. This show was unique in the sense it was at Wembley Stadium and all that, but what took place inside of that ring and what didn’t in terms of the packages and the support and the drama that goes along with it. The entrances I thought were pretty good but not what you’d expect for a stadium show. It just felt like a good indie show on steroids.”

(83 Weeks)

There is like a 63% chance that Tony Khan thinks he's doing a better Vince than Vince by bringing the conflict backstage and working everyone.

"It was ME Punk all along!!"

Aside from that, if Juice is my favorite thing in AEW then my second favorite is watching Kommander's opponents have to awkwardly wait an eternity for him to set up whatever acrobatic sequence he had planned. 😂😂

“That is my goal. I promise, that is what I hope, that we have a resolution. I don't expect a full resolution, but I at least expect more information by then (Sunday).

I'm going to keep working on it. It's a challenging situation to say the least”

- Tony Khan when asked if fans will get an update on CM Punk’s status by Sunday
(All Out Media Call)

Nick Hausman reports CM Punk and Tony Khan have still not been in direct communication since All In this past Sunday

CM Punk appearing at All Out and Collision this weekend is unlikely. But it’s always possible that something will happen in the next 48hrs.

During the All Out Media Call, Tony Khan told Dan Yanofsky that he wanted to bundle All In and All Out.

But it wasn't plausible across all the carriers.

He said it's something he even thought about as a kid in the 90s, and in 2023 it's still very difficult to make happen.

Why several AEW stars reportedly missed last night’s Dynamite

• A segment or segments were planned to build to Kenny Omega’s match against Konosuke Takeshita this weekend, but Omega was unable to fly out of Florida due to hurricane/tropical storm Idalia.

• There were also concerns Chris Jericho wouldn’t make it for the same reason, but he was able to get to Illinois for his scene with Sammy Guevara.

• Saraya & Swerve Strickland were “pulled from the show for illness reasons”. The nature of their illness isn’t known, but Saraya has been booked for match with Toni Storm & Ruby Soho against Dr. Britt Baker, Hikaru Shida & TBS champion Kris Statlander on Collision this Saturday night. Nothing’s been announced for Strickland, but he may have been set for a few days off after being shut in a coffin by Sting & Darby Allin at Wembley.

• TK granted the talents for whoever wanted to attend Windham Rotuna’s services.

.

For those wondering, due to those issues, the show changed entirely last minute and TK booked what he could do and just did what he could to make the show work for what he was working with.

I might be in the minority, but I have zero interest in AEW. I watched a couple shows in the beginning and all the missed spots and floundering around told me all I needed to know at the time. I've never looked back. I think Bischoff's comments are spot on. I have no interest in their product - and when the only news to come out of it is all backstage news about how the talent doesn't get along, the focus is on the wrong spot. You can blame Punk for being a cancer, I have no doubt he is. But there was "backstage" news before Punk too. It's not worth the time, IMO.

According to one source regarding the CM Punk/Jack Perry incident, they said that many of the wrestlers think both Perry and Punk were at fault, and when the talent found out, they got more motivated to put on great matches.

“It kind of brought everyone together and Samoa Joe was a real leader”

- WON

Before the Jack Perry/CM Punk incident at “All In”, the main event for “All Out” was supposed to be Ricky Starks vs. CM Punk for the Real World Championship.

Would be a ballsy move by Khan to have an event in Chicago and not have Phil there.

I really hope TK just realizes this whole Phil thing ain't working and just let him go. Yes there was backstag issues before but nothing as over the top as what's happened over the last year and since he got there. TK needs to get control. Firing Punk would set a precident and maybe wake some people up.

According to Fightful, TK addressed tonight’s crowd ahead of Collision and says he had to do something he didn't want to have do, and he's sorry to anyone upset by it. It was the first time he feared for his safety at a show, and people don't work here to be put in danger.

TK even went to say CM Punk's firing was a unanimous decision from a disciplinary committee.

Edge has donated his signed gear he wore in his last WWE match to Sami Zayn’s “Sami for Syria” charity.

Zayn says Edge wanted to surprise him, so he went through the WWE Auctions and Fanatics team, and Sami found out through them about the incredible gift.

100% of the proceeds from the auction will go directly towards helping to fund mobile clinics over in Syria.
