New TKO SEC Filing Names Vince McMahon As “Risk Factor”

THE HELL YOU SAY!!!
Official TKO press release: Vince McMahon is selling 8,400,000 shares of his TKO stock back to TKO itself.

This is about 30% of his roughly 28 million company shares he holds before this transaction.

Ari Emanuel and Mark Shapiro "have indicated an interest" in buying $1.0M and $1.850M worth of those shares, respectively.

IMO, Vince used this as a ploy to wrest back control of the E. Except he found out that Ari Emmanuel is younger, smarter and faster, and beat Vinnie Mac at his own game. You love to see it.
Yep Vince got played good here. I said endeavor don’t **** around and if they see you as a negative they want nothing to do with you. The more bad pr on Vince the worst it’s gonna get

Rip nwa

Wade keller says a source told him that CW was willing to offer an eight figure TV deal to the NWA and Now it’s not expected to happen

Also to expect a number of people to leave the promotion out of frustration and disappointment.

Having been associated with Ring of Honor for almost as long as the promotion's existence, Cary Silkin was always around The Briscoes, watching Jay and Mark Briscoe go from teenage upstarts to one of the greatest tag teams in history. When Jay tragically passed away earlier this year in a car accident, Silkin felt it was only right to offer any sort of gesture he could to the Briscoe family.

While talking about his collection of the classic Ring of Honor championships during an appearance on "The Insiders," Silkin revealed that after Briscoe's death, he made a point of contacting new ROH ownership, led by TK, about returning to the belts to the rightful people.

"The tag team titles, when the tragedy happened with Jay Briscoe, I just said, 'Look, they made replicas for these, but when that happened, I told the powers that be at the Tony Khan Ring of Honor, 'I just want Mark and his family to have these belts.'

And, of course TK made that happen by listening to the request.

Yet again this proves how amazing TK really is by granting their wish!

Now if they’d bring back the world title Rush held. That belt was fire and the one they brought back looks generic and so mid.

And yet not an ounce of accountability from Corgan with that ridiculous segment that he, and he alone, pushed for.

Guy is a smug dipshit in his own drug induced world. Hope the NWA folds and everyone finds a better place of employment.

Corgan was willing to offer Ricky Starks $1000/mo to re-up with NWA.......with an exclusive long term contract. Never forget.

Thanks to the nWo's massive popularity in Japan, Scott Norton constantly juggled his time between WCW and NJPW. He would embark on a gruelling three-week tour of Japan, only to fly back and land at 11 a.m. on Monday morning, ready to wrestle on Nitro and tape Thunder the next day. After a rare weekend off, he would hop back on a plane and head straight back to Japan.

But all of Norton's hard work and dedication paid off in September 1998, when he became one of the few foreign wrestlers to ever claim the prestigious IWGP Heavyweight Championship.

This isn't Botchamania, but GrappleVision on YouTube as a series called "Wrestling gets REAL". Some of these are funny, like the first one in this link where a fan decides to join a battle royal and gets the snot beat out of him. Others are tragic, like the last one.

WWE Superstar and current Latino World Order member Joaquin Wilde created the original Ring of Honor logo the company used from 2002-2004.

Wilde had no previous experience with design making, and used his brothers computer to create the logo.

He got five free wrestling VHS tapes for compensation.

Good bye NWA

Haus of Wrestling reports NWA is expected to make cuts to its roster and budget cuts to various production areas soon.

One source spoken with said that Billy Corgan will make cuts “at every corner.”

Corgan has been funding everything out of pocket for the NWA. There has been “little to no sponsorship money coming in,” and he has spent millions on Powerrr and the NWA reality series.

One example they were given on the production side is that the hair and make-up department’s budget will be cut roughly in half.

This weekend’s NWA Powerrr tapings will primarily only have contracted talent appearing and “a bare-bones crew.”

Exceptions to the rule regarding non-contracted talent appearing are Mike Knox and Violent J, who flies himself in and works for free.

Current NWA Tag Team Champion Kratos is also not under contract but holds a title. The two wrestlers playing a masked tag team are also not under contract but are working an NWA-owned gimmick.

NWA talent can no longer fly in the day before shows. By doing so, the NWA no longer has to pay extra hotel costs, which they have been footing the bill for up to now.

Mickie James is no longer listed as an active wrestling competitor on the IMPACT Wrestling website roster.

According to IMPACT sources, the relationship between the two remains “fine”, but James is taking what was described as a “break” from the company.

“Tony Khan does have the one thing that he can offer Will (Ospreay) that WWE doesn't have.

Money-wise, WWE can outbid him for money I think. Maybe not if Tony really wants him.

But the one thing that AEW can do is, they've got Wembley and they've got a world championship, and there's an easy, natural, great storyline. There's a million ways to get to it.

And WWE will not make that offer, I don't think. They're not gonna do Wembley this year... well maybe they will, but I don't think so. And moreover, I don't think that they can promise him a world championship.”

“I was told Will Ospreay. That is a big deal.

Huge deal because WWE was actively pursuing him”

- Andrew Zarian on the AEW signing to be announced at Full Gear

So now we have TWO part-time champions on Smackdown. Great booking, Trips. You have a white hot L 👇 A 👇 Knight (YEAH!) and tonight he’s wrestling Jimmy Uso for the 40th time.

Are we absolutely sure VKM isn’t still running creative?

MJF was asked why he thinks Hulk Hogan gets so much hate in the wrestling community.

“Because he’s a liar and a racist. It doesn’t change the fact that he was a massive draw and the professional wrestling business will never be the same because of him, for the better, but there are plenty of professional wrestlers that did great business, it doesn’t mean they’re great people."

Was he also asked if he is going to embrace the sexual predator known as Ric Flair who is now a part of AEW?

I’m sure he’d tell them if asked but he wasn’t in the interview

Rhonda Rousey made her ROzh debut last night. ROH women’s champ Athena attacked Rhonda when she was teaming with Marina Shafrin at a rev pro event earlier this week. From reports on her two rev pro appearances Ronda looked pretty good in the ring.

Don’t think she’s the surprise signing because why debit her on a taped show.

Rousey when you get use to attend rev pro shows a lot

Makes sense with his brother there and he can continue his comedy

At some point this year, Dolph Ziggler is expected to sign with AEW, “as many expect him in AEW.” - WON

His WWE non-compete doesn't expire until late December. This means Ziggler is unlikely to appear at “Full Gear” later tonight in Los Angeles, California.

“The hope is that Ronda Rousey’s appearance on Ring of Honor television can help generate some extra subscriptions for the “Honor Club” service.

She’s currently only on a handshake deal and has not signed with AEW or ROH as of late Friday night.”

Buff was doing well seems to fallen off the wagon again

According to the Georgia Gazette, Marcus “Buff”Bagwell was arrested on November 16th, for speeding and driving while under the influence of drugs.

Speaking of Hogan Nick is in trouble again. Seems like Brooke is the only sane one in the family

Nicholas Allan Bollea, better know as Nick Hogan, son of Hulk Hogan, was arrested this morning for DUI.

Sting’s son Steven is at Full Gear. Father and son had a moment as Sting has wrestled his last match in California. Really cool movement.

Still pissed we never got Crow Sting vs Undertaker

The winner of the AEW “Continental Classic” will become a modern day Triple Crown Champion.

The AEW Continental Champion
The ROH World Heavyweight Champion
The NJPW Strong Openweight Champion

Eddie Kingston is entering the tournament and will be defending the ROH World title and NJPW Strong Openweight titles in every match he competes in.

Will Ospreay is fulfilling his NJPW commitments, and had the blessing of New Japan to sign with AEW.

The deal is a multi-year contract, and he's set to still reside in the UK,

Where is the link to that interview?

At the Full Gear press conference, Will Ospreay said he's built up a trust with Tony Khan. Signing with AEW is the best decision for him & his family and they don't have to change his kids' school. He's looking forward to be on weekly TV.
