BREAKING NEWS: According to Fightful Select, “Speedball” Mike Bailey is headed to All Elite Wrestling.

Went to AEW collision in Philly. Our seats ended up being where Death Ryder’s came out which was great.

Sold my tickets for NxT at ECW arena and made a killing as the seats were ring side. Made a killing

Samara turning and joining War Dogs hopefully rejuvenates him

Kenny Omega is returning to wrestling in Tokyo Dome Jan 5th probably wrestling Gabe Kidd.

Really don’t get the new women’s single title in WWE. They can barely get the tag belts straight. SS Wargames looks extremely predictable.

Cool they double taped this week to give talent week before holiday off. Would’ve been nicer if they could’ve given them the week of the holiday though

AEW ratings and creative tanking... and Tony let's one of his biggest stars, biggest fan favorites, make his long awaited return in Japan, instead of on AEW programming? If that's how it plays out, well, maybe don't hold your breath for that next booker of the year trophy eh TK?

I'm sure the Costco Guys are going to turn it all around for them
Ironically enough, that was labeled their best and only good thing on their show & company

Can't really disagree. The guy looked more like a wrestler than 90% of their company. They seem to already been known outside of wrestling / with an existing fan base outside wrestling.

AEW took and is still taking the absolute wrong stance telling everyone how good their shows are (ie Tony Con) ......when they've absolutely sucked, their crowds are gone, viewership in the toilet. In any business, let your customers tell you how great your product/service is. Business 101 stuff.

People said how it was when Vince was in charge in recent years: The product was God awful unwatchable. With HHH, they've done a complete 180 and their product is at least as good as it's been in 20 or more years.

I get that it's fun to take victory laps right now considering how bad AEW has gotten, but focusing more on the good the WWE is doing seems the better way to go. They are killing it lately and the Rumble through Wrestlemania season ought to be a doozy.
I agree!

Saturday Night's Main Event was fun. Pretty good matches with a few pretty obvious botches. Jesse the Body is 73 and it showed in his commentary at points, they were wise to just go to him a few times then let him be on the main event. He made a fairly unfunny comment about his snakeskin vest being Damian, but it became funny when it was clear that Pat McAfee had no idea what he was talking about. Not sure Michael Cole was paying attention. I will give him credit that it was fun to have a pure heel commentator, we need more of that.

All in all a fun night of good matches and nostalgia.

My son went to GalaxyCon in Columbus a couple weeks ago. He was there for Cobra Kai and Star Wars actors, but he surprised me on the last day with a pretty cool gift.

He got to meet Mick Foley and told him I was a big fan. He went just for an autograph, which Mick provided (personalized, signed photo of when Mankind won the title - when DX picked him up and carried him on their shoulders), but also offered a quick video where he put on the Mankind mask to tell me "I think you know that I know you think you know who you think I am and I think you're right on who you think you thought I think I am" :lmao: He called out my son and let him stand behind his table while he shot the video and kept panning over to get him in the shot.

Very cool experience for him and a great surprise for me.

I think Kevin Owens could have some "YES MOVEMENT" gas behind him heading into the Mania season.
The problem there is that Owens is a heel now. A heel many want to root for, yes, but it's gonna be hard to get too much momentum behind him as far as massive fan support with him going after monster babyfaces like Orton and Rhodes.

Here’s the card for Wrestle Kingdom. :excited:

1st Match: IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships- (c) Intergalactic Jet Setters (Kevin Knight & KUSHIDA) vs Ichiban Sweet Boys (Kosei Fujita & Robbie Eagles) vs BULLET CLUB War Dogs (Drilla Moloney & Clark Connors) vs Catch 2/2 (TJP & Francesco Akira)

2nd Match: IWGP Women’s Championship- (c) Mayu Iwatani vs AZM

3rd Match: NJPW World TV Championship- (c) Ren Narita vs Jeff Cobb vs Ryohei Oiwa vs ELP (returned from cancer recovery last night!)

4th Match: Lumberjack Match- Hiroshi Tanahashi vs EVIL

5th Match: NEVER Openweight Championship- (c) Shingo Takagi vs Konosuke Takeshita

6th Match: IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship- (c) DOUKI vs El Desperado

7th Match: IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship- (c) David Finlay vs Yota Tsuji

8th Match: Tetsuya Naito vs Hiromu Takahashi

Main event: IWGP World Heavyweight Championship- (c) Zack Sabre Jr. vs Shota Umino

Takagi vs Takeshita feels like it’s going to be a 12-15 minute kickass sprint.

Main event should be good to great. ZSJ holds claim to one of the best gaijin careers in the company at this point and is absolutely deserving of the spotlight. Umino is primed as one of the three new Aces. This title match is a risk NJPW has to take with their roster, as Naito and Tanahashi are being sunset into New Japan Dad status.

I’ll miss the early days of Rampage, but it was clear very early on that it was going to be a second class program to Dynamite.
I think I read they got like 1+ mil for the first episode with Punk.

And they ended around 100k+. Just brutal fall.

They desperately need someone to write their TV shows. Let Tiny do his fantasy wrestling booking for PPVs. Unlikely to happen as this has been Tiny's childhood wet dream.

The PPVs really are great tho. All In Texas has already sold 10k tickets.

Heyman & Rock ?

WWE has done a great job of planting nuggets for future. Heyman would be a good person to serve as his mouthpiece while Rock is away til Mania  Don't think it's a coincidence they just started offering up this "high chief" stuff.

High Chief vs. Tribal Chief

🤣Hogan getting booed out of building 🤣 I can only imagine the laughs that were had backstage as that was going on.

Definitely got him shook. He tried every possible way for a cheap pop and the crowd was having NONE of it 🤣🤣

Can't blame anyone for booing him at this point. Meant a lot for wrestling. Guy's a dipshit and lacks any self awareness

Shocked WWE put him out live on camera. And **** his beer.
