October 21, I believe.

We are about to start Night 5 now. So hard to keep up.

Honestly I don't even watch the whole event anymore. I skip matches I'm not interested in because I don't have the time nor day to watch every single match on a card. If someone says you have to watch a certain match I wasn't interested in I'll take a look though or if something big is gonna happen fast forward before that happens. I'll watch whole matches of ones Im interested in. Easier to get up to speed. Plus with English commentary and how KK and gang tell the stories it's easy to get caught up quicker.

If we are caught up, we try to watch all matches. It's when we get a couple days behind that we skip the Young Lion opener (or the tag matches of previous years). We do still try to watch all of the tourney.

Yeah I don't watch the opening Young Lion a lot and skip most of the Tag matches unless it's interesting Will try to watch most of the tournament matches

@hagmania Stupid question, but how are you watching your New Japan content? Did their network get easier to navigate? Last time I looked, couple years ago now, it was a mess.

I see @hagmania's 3 and 4 star ratings and wonder how many RAWs it would take to get that many matches of that quality.
Believe me, I go into some of these matches with a negative bias just due to the competitors (see: Chase Owens, Tanga Loa) and yet here I am night after night appreciating their work.

It is still a little bit of a buggy mess. However, several QoL changes have gone into effect over the past couple years and made the experience not as awful.

We use NJPW World app on Fire TV.

We're about to give a trial run to the Stardom app. Apparently they have had the best run of women's matches in this calendar year since the days of Bull Nakano and Manami Toyota.

Also, I've heard that when the matches have been given time, Raw and Smackdown of late have been quite good in-ring.

It's all the sub-5 minute matches and schmozzy finishes that bring about the greatest detractors.

I probably rate New Japan a bit too high from a pure objective standpoint. However, I am invested in their product, so that itself goes a long way!

Whats the price and all and do you have a link to that

Didn't realize my show was the w year show. AEW Laddder match

Sammy vs Bobby Fish

Shida 50th possible win vs Sara

10 man tag!!!!!!!!!

3 AEW New signings

The second former NXT talent debuting with AEW on Dark reunited a Brazilian tag team. The man formerly known as Arturo Ruas went by his real name Adrian Jaoude. He joined Cezar Bononi as a powerful unit. The two tagged frequently in NXT dating back to 2016.

Santana Garrat and Kiera Hogan

So…Arn Anderson told Cody that he willing would give up his car if carjacked while Arn would shoot?  He should’ve mentioned him stabbing Sid with scissors if he really wanted to get his point across.

That was a weird segment. And as much as I adore old school rasslin' and the original Four Horseman, I could use less Arn and Tully on my TV.

Glad to see all the chatter about the very important WWE Draft for the last two shows. The impact is going to be earth shattering.
Personally hate the draft.  I think it limits them creatively keeping certain people on specific shows.  Their "crossover" events aren't worth anything, as the matches mean nothing.  There's no build.  It's "hey I'm here tonight and I want to fight you because I hate the way you said soup on tv last week".  it's dumb and really treats the audience like toddlers.

Even SS feels watered down with the draft.  Raw vs SD.  Blah.  Gimme the old days where you had a faction vs faction, or a babyface team vs villain team.  Give me something good.

The draft is one of the worst gimmicks WWE has put out there.

They should just combine the shows again, keep the WWE title and retire the Universal. They don't even following their own brand rules anyway.

Didn't get tickets to tonights show as my buddy couldn't go plus tickets were up top.

Either way welcome home Adam Cole Bey Bey Bryan Danielson, Jon Moxley, Penelope Cruz, 3.0, Nick Comoroto, CM Punk, Chucky T, Taz, and Bryce Remberg. All created their craft in Philly Independent promotions. Adam Cole probably the most proud of. Dude would drive an 1hr both ways to just get training in ROH back in the day.

Oh yeah I forgot to Welcome Home Bobby Fish. Former ReDragon member who debuted in ROH

Yes tonight you'll be getting some Philly Indy scene history from yours truly and tidbits about some of the cats who came through the ranks here.

Philly Guy Nick Camoroto faces Darby tonight

Best Friends Member Chucky T wrestled for CZW and other Philly promotions. he became a big 76ers fan when here and on social media has invited Sixers Star Joel Embiid to AEW> That's why the 76ers mascot was out there with them accompanying Orange Cassidy

Breaking News Per WOW TWITTER: CM Punks Wife April AJ Mendez joins Women of Wrestling relaunch as an Executive Producer. Punk and Wife are now back in wrestling

Looks like we are getting a preview of our NJPW night 2 Philly Street Fight between Suzuki Gun and Mox/Kingston with Archer and Mox going at it

Tessa is now WOW's first signing. Not sure how this is gonna go over well. We'll see what kind of backlash if any WoW get and if they make a reactionary move and pull Tessa's deal or not. Just from friends in the industry over the years she's not a great person. bully in the women's dressing room and a lot of people have been afraid over the yrs to speak out against her in fear of look "jealous" do to her name, status and looks as well as the fact that many bookers seemed to like her. After some more popular female talent came out a lot more wrestlers felt the need to come forward with accusations on her. I haven't heard about any bookings for her in the Indy's or interest but a lot of that could've been a result of the Pandemic too. Either way quite surprised anyone signed Tessa.

What We Know of WOW

- AJ Mendez ( AJ Lee) has signed on as an Executive Producer joining Jeanie Buss & David McLane & AJ will do Color Commentary
