FFS WWE is completely devoid of stars. 17 guys in and we've got AJ Styles and a bunch of nobodies....

Lesnar's taking this

Have Riddle go face to face with Goldberg or Lesnar. At least doing something mildly interesting.

This is bad. Nothing against the McIntyres/Big Es of the world.....they've went down those roads and wasn't good (and I'm a fan of drew....big e had waaay too much of pancake stick on him to be long term champ IMO)

Well Brock is now winning this and facing Reigns at Mania this product is so god awful and so predictable. I haven't watched in a year they still haven't changed a dam thing

God thank god for AEW I don't know he can watch this product? I watched since there was nothing else on Saturday night and curious how they'd fill the women's rumble since they released half the women's roster in over a year.

Lesnar Drew Styles Orton (if needed). Quite literally the only main event type guys in the whole thing.

No I don't think Big E will ever get the pancake stink off him. Probably peaked already ala Kofi/Dolph as midcards turned very short boring world champs

One of the worst Rumbles I can remember. So many guys that aren't over and will never be.

New Day was broken up too late. SHould've been broken up like 4 yrs ago

Decent show overall though the men's rumble just sucked. Tuned in for Lesnar-Lashley and didn't disappoint. Reigns-rollins very good as well. Rollins is tolerable as his laughing over the top character. But then who knows if it'd work working with someone outside Roman

Ok just finished it (had to take a break to watch stuff with the wife),

Lashley/Brock was decent, but what storyline did it advance other than setting up a triple threat match.

The Miz/Edge match may have been the most entertaining match of the night.

The men's RR was maybe one of the worst RR I have ever seen. It was really bad. Bad Bunny? Shane? You could tell they were pressed for time. That was terrible and you could see how lackluster the crowd was when they won't go in tight to show them and they have to resort to wide stadium views.

Oh well, maybe I will watch WM--unless there is something on Netflix better that night.....

His character most of the time is just annoying and any other company I think he'd get go away heat with it. It only works with Roman in a way. Plus I love how WWE makes people think Seth and Roman were super close when it's actually Mox and Roman who are. When AEW was doing the Jacksonville shows Mox would stay at Roman's house in FL for the few days he had to be down there. It's just funny to me honestly especially when I know a few people close to Roman's family tell you these things.

I tuned in to watch Roman/Seth and see what they'd do with the Rumbles. Was hoping for more surprise appearances and most of the women's rumble they had ruined through their own social media. The mix tag went way too long, Would've liked. tag title match of some sort as well. Lashley/Lesnar was a morning big mans match WWE typical does but so predictable after Roman had won earlier in the night. The men's rumble was boring as hell and everyone who follows social media knows they want Brock/Roman at Mania so you knew either Brock was winning tonight or at elimination change. I think I predicted the outcome of every match correctly just basing on WWE's history of booking over the last few yrs and nailed it.

If something else was on I'd have watched that instead. I'll always tune in for a Becky match but that whole thing just made zero sense. Overall it was another lackluster WWE PPV and reminded me why I don't waste my time with them anymore.

It's setting up Brock vs Roman at mania this year

I think Miz/Edge went way too long ok other wise. I enjoyed Roman vs Seth a lot more but I hate how when they do chair shots and stuff they move the cameras around. Like I'm gonna get motion sickness Kevin Dunn.

Mens Rumble was bad but not the worst. I attended one of the worst Rumbles the one in Philly where we all wanted Bryan Danielson and I think Rey came out as #30 to boos. The place was ready to riot that night and a ton of Refun chants and F Vince and other chants I can't repeat on here. It was bad. Bad Bunny and Shane yeah is pretty bad. I was half expecting them to bring Undertaker since he was there with McCool. But the Rumble was bad. The NJPW Rumble before WK this year was more entertaining.

Yeah I only watched this as I'm snowed in, in the nE tonight and nothing better too do. Plus I still have my peacock sub for now.

Thought Reigns and Rollins was solid.

The rest wasn't good. It's like nobody in the company knows how to even run the operation.

Like many of you, haven't watched in over a year and seems like I haven't missed anything.

Despite the Rumble being bad the Broken Skull session with Becky Lynch was really good. I knew a lot of what she talked about especially her close friendship with Devitt but didn't know some of the other stuff of who came up with The Man and other ideas. Surprisingly they allowed Austin to talk about Charlotte and her's relationship and somewhat how it crumbled. No earth shattering info on what happened other then Lynch said she knows it wasn't her who ruined it and theirs definitely animosity between the 2. She said she was hoping when their careers are over they can become fans again.

If you thought last night was bad, you weren't alone.  CBSsports.com, usually fairly supportive of what the E does, said the card "landed with a thud".  They also said this:

Unfortunately, neither Royal Rumble match lived up to expectations, with the men's side especially disappointing and rating among the worst Rumbles in history. Luckily, there were plenty of highlights through the night in non-title matches, including a fantastic show-opening bout between universal champion Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins.
Wrestletalk's review was also disappointed with the men's RR.

This is your regular reminder that the product is written for one person: Vincent Kennedy McMahon.  The rest of us do not matter.

Saw that the pyro from the Wrestlemania sign after Rousey won, actually set the sign on fire.  They had to evacuate the seats below it and lowered it down.

Reigns-Rollins only interesting thing going into the rumble and it delivered. But it's probably done now to clear the way for the boring Roman-Brock program. Horrible show. Perfect illustration of how WWE has failed at building future stars. Think of the talent they've let go and what kind of Mania card you could fantasy book with them.

No Fin, Cessro, Dijak, Apollo and any NXT guys. What a joke.

Riddle was scheduled to win the rumble before they decided on Lesnar.

I think Riddle would make a great heel with same demeanor and minus the scooter. Easy to hate. Have him turn on Randy and challenge Lashley/champ. Doesn't sound like it's happening at Mania however.
