In his last ever match today, the Great Muta decided to drop a gay slur on Shinsuke Nakamura.
"He's good. Shinsuke, good," Muta said, "but maybe he's queer." Muta seems to go even further with his assessment saying "He's F***** maybe. Bye-bye, Shinsuke. No more." Muta then thanked the reporters for their time and exited the backstage area. Pro Wrestling NOAH has uploaded the statements to their YouTube channel, and Japanese and English Twitter accounts, with fans noting that the transcriptions of the comments focused on the farewell instead of the derogatory terms that preceded them.

Apparently, JJ is butthurt over Max Castor's rap. Yo, Slapnuts, if you didn't want the heat, you shouldn't have taken the job.

A lot of people blame Double J for the whole Karen and Kurt issues as well as the TNA Storyline they played out with Kurt and Karen's divorce. Double J didn't like that fans thought the segment and story made Karen look like a complete untruthful ***** but maybe he shouldn't have agreed to the storyline. This is built up frustrations from like 15 yrs go.

I know wrestlers when doing storylines they go over what is fair game and what isn't. Despite how distasteful the Punk/Jeff Hardy drug storyline was Jeff agreed to it. Maybe there was some miscommunication here and Jarret didn't want Max bringing up the Karen and Kurt issues.

Dax has heat within AEW I know for a bit no one in the locker room was even allowed to talk about Punk or the Incident do to legal involved.

People within the AEW locker room are reportedly upset with Dax Harwood’s recent CM Punk podcast.
AEW staff, wrestlers and personnel have been divided since the incident at All Out, and the backlash mostly has to do with a Harwood speaking very positively about Punk even going as far as sticking up for him.

According to wrestlingnews.co, John Cena will face Logan Paul at WrestleMania in April. In November 2022, Paul said last year facing Cena at WrestleMania would be his ultimate "dream match" for that show.

Chris Jericho donated $5,000 to Damar Hamlin’s charity. He misspelled his name the first time and then donated another $5,000

SHO isn't happy where he is in place with House of Torture.

Dragon Gate have sent out feelers to both SHO and YOH, as their contracts with NJPW are ending soon.
Sources close to the situation say the offers are not a package deal, but individual singles wrestler contracts.
SHO had told those close to him that he is interested but has not made a decision either way.
YOH, who has been vocal about being happy with hos spot in New Japan, is likely the one to stay with NJPW.

Sasha debuted as Mercedes Monie calling herself the CEO. She then on cue botched her attack on Kairi in a scary situation. Promo was horrible. Her Hair was bad and the crowd was dead silent. BTW The Crowd is allowed to cheer in NJPW again. Very underwhelming debut for her. It's KAIRI vs. Mercedes Mone' at Battle in the Valley for the IWGP Women's Champion on February 18.

Zack Sabre Jr becomes the first IWGP Television Champion!!!!! Haste and Nichols of TMDK then come out and presented Zach a shirt. He joins TMDK. Gino Gambino who's doing his first show since before the Pandemic for NJPW now mentioned other members including Damian Slater who was in the Cruiserweight Classic. I had a brief conversation with Slater a few months ago on Facebook about possible doing more NJPW shows and he mentioned NJPW hadn't contacted him about dates but mutual interest was there.

Mutoh wins last match with Shota getting the win.

Chris Charlton said backstage altercation between LIJ after the Match with representatives from NOAH Wrestling. Sounds like nJPW and NOAH in another cross over

I'm sure Dax will have trouble sleeping tonight knowing that he hurt the kiddies in the AEW locker room feeling's .

According to report, under HHH’ s regime, WWE has reportedly completely lifted their policy against scouting and signing independent wrestling talent.

I am very sad to say that I lost my Momma today. She was an incredibly strong mother who was loving and resilient to her dying day. She taught me everything, and I am the man I am today because of her. I am so saddened but so happy she is no longer in pain.2764.png
No words can express my pain right now. She was such a beautiful angel. She never faulted and always persevered. This last month was very hard on me and my sisters Kristin and Mandy. Her pain was so bad as we were with her throughout.
I know, the man she raised in me, that I have to be strong for my family. They are my lifeline and mean absolutely everything to me. God has swept in and taken her to be with him. I have the upmost faith in him today and everyday, and I know she is no longer in pain.
I want to thank you all for your continued prayers....they meant everything to us. Please continue to pray for our family through this trying, grieving time.
I love you Momma and may you rest in Heaven.2764.png1f64f_1f3fc.png

Sad events at work that are a bit crazy. We had a kid at work with a mullet that looked like Brian Pillman. 11th grade. He apparently hung himself in the backyard on NYE after gf broke up with him and he went to a party got really drunk and got kicked out. Went home and hung himself

I wouldn’t mind Disney or Netflix. Get them back over to someone that understands proper user interface on their apps.

Disney would suck though with it iMHO with the content they'd want. It'd be oversaturated kid friendly
Mickey Mouse would win the IC title from Gunther in a squash match.
Mando and Baby Yoda are the comedy tag team who beat The USOS for the tag belts in a light saber on a pole match

Agreed. Sounds like the children in charge at AEW hate Punk and want everyone else to fall in line with their opinion or else. Sounds about right for 2023.
